List of Goodlife Physical Medicine & Chiropractic's Reviews
I have been a client at Goodlife for over 10 years. All of the doctors and massage therapists are vested in the well being and healthy outcomes of their patients. Jenny was my first massage therapist (she's an angel) and when our schedules did not align anymore, recommended Marcello S. to continue my therapy. I have seen Marcello now for over 4 years and he has changed my life. My chronic pain is no longer a hindrance to my day to day activities! Through his dedicated work in healing my body, and his thoughtful recommendations to stay active, stretch, and keep a positive attitude, I feel the difference. I can't recommend Goodlife or Marcello enough.
The Staff Was Amazing All Of Them Were So Nice Helpful Definitely Would Recommend This Place I’m Very Happy With The Care I Received
Precursor: My situation was a personal injury, the bills were on a lien basis. I had most of my procedures at the Redondo beach facility, but what I am reviewing here pertains to the procedures at Torrance surgery center. I will create a separate review for the Redondo Beach facility on their corresponding review platform. My experience at the Torrance facility was during Covid, and required 3 epidurals with anesthesia and finalized with a rhizotomy. The staff was very professional and nice, a tad overcautious with allowing my driver to use their bathroom, this was during covid. The procedure was a success, prior to this I was in pain all day everyday. My warning to anyone who is utilizing Good life, under the personal injury model. I paid a premium for their service. I want to be fair, 3 epidurals with anesthesia as well as Rhizotomy, from my findings should not exceed 25k. With the 25k is a very modest window. I paid over 50k, and was negotiated from a higher figure. Once I reached the point of MMI (Maximum Medical improvement) - per the doctors at Redondo Beach location, 3 of the staff brought me into a room and tried to sell me on more services. This left a very bad impression, considering I was released from medical. In summary, the procedures worked, yet was overpriced, and in hindsight - I would not have resigned to Good life solely on its proximity to my home. I would have explored other options. Update >>> ***** Attention Personal Injury Patients As a former patient, I felt it crucial to share my experience, particularly for those navigating personal injury cases. From 2018 through the COVID era, Good Life Medical Billing operated on an equity basis, billing a percentage of the settlement directly. This introduced complexities and inconsistencies in billing that were concerning. Upon reviewing the billing codes, discrepancies emerged, and attempts to seek clarification were met with erratic and inconsistent responses. This lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy about the billing process. Moreover, my experience with simultaneous billing for the same procedure at both the surgical center and the chiropractic center was perplexing and further contributed to the confusion surrounding their billing practices. A particularly uncomfortable encounter occurred during my last session when, despite being released on MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement), I was urged by three staff members to undergo further treatments. This insistence, even after my release, was unexpected and uncomfortable. When seeking clarification on these matters, I was directed by the Chief Operating Officer to consult a medical billing expert or healthcare attorney, and subsequent inquiries were met with silence. In addition, it's important to note that their markup is way beyond industry standards. Despite their claim of discounting fees, their fees were consistently overpriced in each instance, far exceeding what is reasonable or customary within the industry. In hindsight, I wish I had been aware of this billing model beforehand. Although proximity led me to stay with Good Life, if I were to go through the process again, I would have sought out another medical provider. Overall, my experience with Good Life Medical Billing left much to be desired in terms of transparency and communication regarding billing practices.
I have chronic illnesses that cause me to be in pain. I have had the pleasure of wonderful medical care for pain management through Goodlife. Most medical places don't even know your name. You are just a reference number or case file. Pamela, who manages my account, goes above and beyond to make me feel like an individual not just an account. We've had serious issues with my insurance company payments, a stolen check, and hours of phone calls to my insurance agent. And through it all, Pamela N. Had been there to help me, given me the information I need in a timely fashion, respond quickly, and never make me feel like I'm only $$$ to the company. I recommend this company for the stellar medical treatment from the surgical center staff to customer service especially Pamela who tirelessly works on behalf of the patent and always sounds as if she's got a smile on her face and compassion in her voice. I look forward to my next treatment through Goodlife.
I love this place. They are absolutely fantastic great. My headaches have completely gone away. The office staff are professional and very nice. The massages are very good. The physical therapy was really helpful. All of the services i have received have been fantastic. They go above and beyond from my experience. I'm so happy i found this place. I highly recommend this place to all!!
I purchased a Groupon for a massage. I have tried to call four times. Each time I am told the voicemail is full and cannot take calls so I cannot make an appointment or use my Groupon. Writing this review and then contacting Groupon about this issue.
Called their office several times and they kept sending me to voice-mail. When they finally picked up, they put me on hold and then told me "we don't schedule those appointments" but I hadn't even told her what kind of appointment I needed. The two other offices are wayyy better.
I cannot thank Goodlife and Dr. Adam Weitzman enough for helping me get where I am today. Back in January 2019 I began my process with Goodlife. For many years now I have had constant pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders. My shoulders were constantly in pain, constantly achy and with that came headaches and migraines on a regular basis(at least a couple times a week). I had seven MUA procedures done along with regenerative medicine injections in my shoulders and it did wonders for me! I finished my last procedure back in September 2019 and now seven months later I feel like a different person. My shoulders rarely ever hurt anymore and my headaches and migraines have been reduced dramatically(to once or twice a month). This process has been life changing for me! Thank you South Bay Goodlife and Dr. Adam Weitzman!

After having rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders several years ago I've been experiencing pain from scar tissue and tendinitis. Exercises didn't help much since the pain was in the joints when I moved and my range of motion was very limited. My PT recommended I try some regenerative therapy & I was willing to do just about anything to make the pain stop. I met with Dr. Weitzman and he thought I would benefit most from the stem cell therapy and manipulation while under anesthesia. We first did the right shoulder and within a couple of days I had no pain and my range of motion was back to about 90%. I couldn't believe the quick results. I haven't experienced so much pain relief from anything I've tried & couldn't recommend this any more highly if you've suffered with joint pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
