Hala Koudsi's Online Review Report Card

I have read some of the previous reviews and yes at times there are waits in her office but it is due to the time she gives her patients which is not very common these days. I am currently getting a few treatments from Dr. Koudsi and they are to address my acne and to improve the tightness in my skin. I can already see a difference and today I did Botox in my forehead which was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and professional and no one is perfect but she is an expert in her field that is for sure. I would not go to anyone else besides her for any treatments. I look forward to what I will look like in a few months. Each time I have seen her for these treatments she shows me such patience and kindness.

Dr Koudsi is the best dermatologist for all your skincare needs. I had uncontrollable eczema and spent my life going to a plethora of dermatologists and no one could help me, until I saw Dr. Koudsi. I started coming to Dr. Koudsi during the pandemic because I was breaking out extremely bad from wearing masks. Her treatment was so perfect. In 3 months my face has improved significantly and in 6 months I looked like I never had a scar or blemish on my face. I moved out of state but I still come back to see her bi-annually for follow ups and to purchase face wash. Had a mole remove after a week it grew back bigger and much darker. Facial has an old lady slapping my face around nothing like a meat, young Front black girl acts like she's getting minimum wage for not caring about her job and you can see how rude she speaks. On my opinion this place needs to close down and retire especially who give facial she's like 80yrs old. They charged me for lab and it was not even done lol

I was referred by my primary care to Doctor Koudsi because I was concerned about a brown spot on my nose I thought maybe it was cancer cause it felt funny and she did the biopsy and then 2 days later she did the surgery to remove the cancer and then 6 days later she scheduled me to do the surgery to close up the wound but it was late in the day and( I don't think I've ever waited less than an hour in her waiting room) So by the time I got in there it was time for her assistance to leave and I didn't really want her to do surgery on my face last thing in the day everybody's trying to go home it just didn't seem like a recipe for success, I could tell she didn't want to have to keep her assistance over time so I conceded to have it done the next day. There's this procedure called M.O.H.S. Where they do the biopsy the surgery and close it up all-in-one day and they have a facility on site to test to make sure all the cancer was removed she did not do it like that she did it very old school and I hear people praising her old school but this is gonna be my 2th time that she's gonna remove more stitches so all in all it's been 6 Visits for a little skin cancer on my nose and and it's just not acceptable it is substandard care I believe that's the word it is substandard care and she's horrible I don't know what's wrong with her you look at her her face it's pulled tight like plastic and it's all shiny and she goes and you could look like this and I'm like yeah no that's not attractive that's a cautionary tale! And she talks to you in such falsehoods like oh you're such a wonderful person and it's just all this ego inflating stuff and it's just so fake and it's gross. So insummation she's a really shitty doctor with a really shitty attitude who does things like she's back in the nineties. And after the surgery to close the hole in my nose her assistant taped up my face to a point where I couldn't actually see anymore and then she took a scissors and cut in between the delicate skin under my eyes and the tape and it was excruciatingly painful and Ikepttellingher shewashurtingme but she didn't stop. And she did a local anesthetic each time she did anything to my nose The biopsy the eradication surgery and then closing it up so 3 times this super painful local into my nose which if she had doneThe M.O.H.S. It could have been done all-in-one day.

Dealing with Dr. Koudsi and her efficient and pleasant staff was a true joy. I was lost and the office staff were extremely helpful and courteous although I was late. I had a blemish on my face that concerned me and Dr. Koudsi took care of it without delay. She accepted my insurance without complaint and made me feel like a queen. I recommend Dr. Koudsi without reservation. Her experience as a dermatologist and her thorough knowledge of skin issues put me at ease immediately. Luckily I had no major skin problems and it was nice to have my fears put to rest. Thank you Dr. Koudsi!!

I was referred to Dr Koudsi by my pcp a little bit ago for some adult acne I was dealing with. Naturally, I looked up the reviews before I made an appointment and saw that they were so negative. Normally, I do not like to base my judgements on reviews, so I decided to go see for myself because I know everyone's experience might vary. Upon first meeting her, she automatically went in and told me ALL the schooling she did and her credentials, which was odd. But what really set me off, was when she was discussing the acne scars on my cheeks and told me, "You know, I was going to suggest doing laser treatments to get rid of the scars but I didn't think you could afford it." To top it all off, she tried to push $200 facials that her "friend with a lot of experience does". Also the sunscreen and cleanser she pushed me to buy were mediocre at best.

Also the sunscreen and cleanser she pushed me to buy were mediocre at best. Her staff at the time didn't seem too thrilled to working with her either, can't blame them lol. Hope they found a better dermatologist to work for. People on here are confusing being "old school" with being just plain rude and disrespectful LOL. I can forgive a bad bedside manner if you're proficient, but unfortunately, that is not the type of doctor Dr Koudsi is.
