After numerous care agencies, we finally found the perfect fit for my grandfather. Stephanie and her team are now taking such great care of him and are also putting myself and my family's mind at ease. We had never dealt with Alzheimer's before and truly had no idea what we were in for. My grandmother is still very attached to her husband so having him live in a care facility would not work. However the situation at home quickly became unsafe for her (and a strain on us the family who tried to be there as much as we could). We tried a few other agencies but they were either no shows (or always running late) or lacked in skill and education to keep my grandfather well taken care of. From the moment we picked up the phone and spoke directly with Stephanie, a weight was lifted. She knows what she's talking about and she was able to place us with the perfect team member (who my grandfather loves!). Also it allows my grandmother to continue living with him as well as living her own life. Stephanie is amazing and so kind and patient as she takes her time explaining everything to us. We truly consider ourselves lucky to have been recommended this company.

Stephanie is the owner and she handles the day-to-day operations of her business so when you call Presidio you are talking to the boss, not some random secretary or sales person. She is an incredibly detail oriented individual who truly cares about her clients. It is obvious that she got into the business because she genuinely enjoys helping elderly people. Plus she is great at it! I love that when I talk to her I can tell she is really listening to me and that she "gets" everything that I'm saying. Additionally I fell like her team of licensed caregivers can handle anything. They do basic caregiving work like cooking and driving and medication reminders but also more advanced stuff like taking care of people in wheelchairs or people who have Alzheimer's disease. Stephanie and her team should be your go-to for high quality in-home care services in the South Bay. Just give her a call and you'll see what I mean.
