First appt I ever had (booked in advance) I was turned away as the front desk said I didn’t have one! When I finally met with Dr Nguyen it was very short and sweet. Perhaps 8 mins. I had excellent heskth insurance so I expected more. Each appt thereafter was brief and I never had time to address issues. Then I changed insurance after finding I was really just another patient number and couldn’t find another specialist in my area that had good reviews. I changed to kaiser Permante and what a difference! Was with the endocrinologist for over an hour. We covered history, issues, concerns, how medication and foods effect our blood levels etc. A very thourough workup. Upon leaving had an appointment for a follow up phone call to go over new blood and new blood sugars log in 10 days. Then an appt for a visit in 6 weeks. I felt the care was exceptionall and have already recommended KP to many. Their pharmacy is fast. Explain everything and check in staff courteous and accommodating.

I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. He is very approachable and explains every necessary issue in a clear and understandable manner. I have never felt rushed when in his care. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.
