Quite possibly the rudest most condescending staff ever! Time for the doctors to make some front desk staff changes.

I've been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for four years now and he's the best. He always greets me in a positive way and gives me choices that is best for my health. Never do I feel rushed in his presence. Always a pleasure seeing him.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. He has helped me lower my AIC. He really tries to guide me, and is disappointed when I don’t reach my goals. He motivates me to do better. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a great endocrinologist.

Dr. Nguyen is great!! I changed to him from another Endo on my HMO and I am so happy I did!

Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in explaining diabetes to my Vietnamese speaking parents and gave much insight on the new diagnosis. He took his time to answer every question and concern I had since my parents did not have much to say.The office was very clean and everything was efficient.As for the staff -- It has been a month later and there were some mix up in medications. I spoke with Jasmine and she was absolutely amazing. She contact Dr. Nguyen, when I had tried asking a previous staff to reach out and had no luck or returned calls. After speaking to Jasmine over the phone with much panic, she said she would call back, and she actually did! She was so friendly, and got the clarification that I needed.

Coming in as a new patient I felt very disquiet, Generally going to any new doctors office always seems to cause a little bit of anxiety. I was recently referred to Dr Nguyen and felt like it was my best option so I forced myself to go. That was definitely my best choice! Nice & clean, modern office. Whole staff is super sweet. Dr Nguyen & his MA Juan were very professional and I was able to comfortably inform them with my medical issues as they provided me with informative solutions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen.... Thank you Dr and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming.

Dr. Hung Nguyen is a wonderful young doctor, I read he does not spend enough time with you, that is not true. He has helped me solve my problems and gives me more that enough contact time on each appointment. His review of my treatment plan continues to keep me ahead of my needs for proper care. He is quick to change my plan if something is not working and for someone so young he keeps up to date on new procedures. His advice is sound and correct and all times. He has treated me for almost two years. My last doctor I spent more time in the waiting room, but not with Dr. Nguyen. I have never waited more than 15 minutes on any appointment time most of the times it is less than ten minutes or less before I see him. That is so important to me as i like to get in and get out, he has a great bedside manner. I decided he would be my doctor after my first visit because of how calm he was and how he listens in detail and notes everything to come up with a treatment plan that works for both of us. Also his staff is top of the line and caring it is a total team effort, they make you feel like you are the only one in the office when you have a appointment.Emory

Doesn't spend enough time with his patients. Problem 101 is patient time. My new endocrinologist I had an appt with today, was engaging for over 1 hour. That made me feel like I was not a number, but someone needing education and guidance. I never felt that way with Dr Nguyen.

First appt I ever had (booked in advance) I was turned away as the front desk said I didn’t have one! When I finally met with Dr Nguyen it was very short and sweet. Perhaps 8 mins. I had excellent heskth insurance so I expected more. Each appt thereafter was brief and I never had time to address issues. Then I changed insurance after finding I was really just another patient number and couldn’t find another specialist in my area that had good reviews. I changed to kaiser Permante and what a difference! Was with the endocrinologist for over an hour. We covered history, issues, concerns, how medication and foods effect our blood levels etc. A very thourough workup. Upon leaving had an appointment for a follow up phone call to go over new blood and new blood sugars log in 10 days. Then an appt for a visit in 6 weeks. I felt the care was exceptionall and have already recommended KP to many. Their pharmacy is fast. Explain everything and check in staff courteous and accommodating.

I'm transgender and so I'm always fearful about how I'll be treated but I had to see an endocrinologist to start my transition. I chose the prefect doctor. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable and most importantly he was professional and respectful. My nervousness quickly disappeared. He answered all my questions and I'm happy that I'm finally starting my transition.
