I am so thankful to have Dr. Kagihara as my doctor. She actually takes time to listen to me, addresses my concerns and doesn’t rush me. Her approach to patient care should be set as the standard for others to mirror. She is thoughtful and empathetic. I like that she sits down next to me when she talks about treatment options rather than standing and looking down at me which can feel insensitive if done in an authoritative manner. Dr. Kagihara cares about her patients. Thank you for having her on your team at Torrance Memorial. She is an excellent doctor.
