So hard to get appointments. Had to delay my annual for 1/2 year. Meanwhile only alternate physician is available. Time to move on. Went to another. Does not matter how good he was if you cannot get appointments in timely matter. I think he is too busy managing this office . He was better at the Long Beach facility before getting promoted here for managing this facility

Dr Thompson is always pleasant and helpful. He was prompt and professional.

Great Primary Care Physician Dr Thompson was empathetic but practical. He listened to everything I said about what was going on, went through all the steps to assess my condition, then worked with me to make a plan of action. Dr Thompson has been my primary care doctor for about 10 years and has always been great. He has a no nonsense approach and is always thorough and assures I’m getting the right tests and care for my medical needs.

Great Always prepared, efficient, explains well, listens well and makes appropriate referrals.

After several appointments over a couple of years my experiences just keep getting worse. At first I thought he was great but as time goes on it is time for me to move on to a different primary care Dr. The last few visits I felt like I was not heard, felt like I was an inconvenience, nothing proactive on his part in terms of my care, and there was no follow through sans brief comments on "My Chart." Office staff was quite friendly as were the people who took blood, etc. The facility is rather new and what you would expect. I had high hopes at having a long term relationship but time to move on.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are great caregivers Dr. Thompson and his nurse, Alio, have cared for me since my strokes and have been instrumental in my recovery. They are very attentive and very personable.

Knowledgeable and professional health care I can always count on Dr. Thompson and his staff to provide prompt, thorough,excellent care.

I have called several times to make an appointment and cannot make one. I went online and requested an appointment via internet, got a callback at which point they transferred me to the 877 696 3622 number and put me on hold. I have called that number twice before and after waiting for half an hour, requested callback which I never received. I have come to the conlusion they don't want your business.

I feel like it's hard to find a great, compassionate PCP who really takes the time to hear you out. It seems like I've been searching for one for the past 10 years. I feel really fortunate to have found Dr. Thompson. I selected him because he is a DO, not an MD and I know that DOs take a more functional approach to care in general. I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my appointments with him. I've seen him 4 times for the past few months as I worked through a medical issue and made adjustments to my medication. He is extremely responsive via message and when I see him in person, he always takes the time to ask great questions. I never feel rushed when I'm in my appointments, which I absolutely have with other providers. I highly recommend Dr Thompson.
