First of all I would like to thank Dr Jian for all his help information and his caring Dr Jian was my surgeon for back surgery October 17th 2023 it was very very successful he answered all my questions in the beginning even those that I didn't ask and not once did he try to rush me or did he lie to me Dr Jian is a marvelous doctor and I would recommend him every time to any and everybody Dr Jian is a marvelous and caring doctor he can operate on me anytime

After years of chronic neck pain, I was thankfully referred to Dr. Guan for review. He was very thorough in ordering appropriate tests. My diagnosis did require surgery, I had questions that Dr. Guan answered thoroughly with patience. My first check up after surgery proved to be a pleasant experience. Dr. Guan is patient, kind and I never felt rushed. He made sure he answered all my questions. If you are looking for an excellent neurologist, give Dr. Guan a call. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Guan’s dedication to his patients' well-being is evident in his willingness to promptly respond to messages and provide ongoing support. From the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and address any concerns. He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and I always felt like I was in capable hands. Dr. Guan was not helpful at all. I broke my back and my wife and I were trying to ask him questions on what the right protocol is to be able to recover fully. He started off with threatening that I’ll become paralyzed and continued to state it over and over. We were simply trying to understand in different scenarios when as we transfer from the hospital to home how we should handle different scenarios if they should occur. Each question was met with a condescending tone and the same talk track over and over. I would not recommend Dr. Guan to anyone. He lacks empathy and the ability to communicate to patients who have recently gone through a potential life altering incident.
