I would give 0 stars if I could. This place doesn't deserve a single star. I underwent microneedling with PRP at this med spa and left with a severely concerning experience. During the procedure, the plasma dripped into my eyes despite my expressing immediate discomfort. She physically HELD ME DOWN telling me that "it's okay". If it's BURNING MY EYES, it's NOT OKAY. The nurse dismissively insisted "nothing would go wrong," even as I felt burning and irritation. Hours later, my eyes were red, swollen, and painful--forcing me to seek urgent medical help elsewhere. Worse than the physical harm was the staff's attitude: zero accountability, no aftercare advice, and blatant disregard for patient safety. Bedside manners were nonexistent; the nurse was rude, defensive, and downplayed the risks even after the damage was done. Save your money and go to someone who is actually educated and professional. Edit: upon looking at the website, I am pretty certain this person I went treatment with was named DIJANA.

I got checked in by April she is such a wonderful receptionist. Kind & informative. Then I was greeted by Dijana the RN that is performing my laser facial. She thoroughly explained how everything was going to feel during the laser Genesis facial . I loved how my skin looks and feels. I will definitely be coming back

I literally had to move so many things around and they called the day of to cancel my appointment, very disappointing, I heard such great things about this place. Very inconvenient

Linda at MDS Medical Spa is the best! She is an amazing professional who helped me regain the use of my hamstring using EmSculpt treatments. I was severely injured in an accident and was having a hard time recovering. After the treatments, I am now able to mountain bike and paddleboard like I used to, thanks to Linda. I highly recommend the EmSculpt treatment for strengthening weakened muscles.
