A few years ago I saw dr newman. As a person of color, we all know that we have trust issues with doctors in America due to how they’ve treated people of color in medicine horribly for years. I tend to ask a lot of questions about very detail oriented aspects due to the anxiety I have with doctors. Dr newman answered all my questions thoroughly and was always available via a phone call away or a text. He can have a bit of a sharp/curt sense of humor and personality; don’t take it personally. He is very smart and he knows exactly what he’s doing and he does it well. He is classy, respectful, and easy to share your concerns with. If you’re a person of color with dark skin: black, afro-latina, south Asian with dark skin etc. do not feel worried under his care. He is one of the rare good ones in this town filled with scammers.

Excellent! Did an amazing job on my breast augmentation. Really took the time to listen to what I was wanting and explained the different options well. Great post op care and follow-up. Highly recommend.

I recently got my breast augmentation with Dr. Newman 2 months ago. I was a little nervous, but I knew I ultimately really wanted to get my breast done. I did a lot of research to find a surgeon and Dr. Newman stood out to me, and I was also referred to Dr. Newman from a friend who also had a breast augmentation. When I first met him during my consultation, him and his staff made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. He was very friendly and understood what results I wanted (a more natural look) and worked with me to find a great size for my body. In addition, he was very informative throughout the process. Overall, him and his team did an amazing job!!! I couldn’t be any happier. I strongly recommend him and his staff. The whole experience was great.

Hi all potential breast reconstruction women - I am an 80 year old woman who has had a lifetime of implants due to breast cancer starting in 1984. That year was my first implants. The second set were replaced in 1991 and I never paid attention to them until one day I had to. I was a very difficult case because my implants were now over 30 years old and in very bad shape. I must have seen several surgeons till I found Dr. Newman. He did an amazing job for me, was very caring and has a very sweet demeanor and is easy to work with. Another good sign of his personality is how well he treats his staff. He is also very respectful. I didn't even mind driving down to Torrance to see him. (I live in WLA). He also has an office in Beverly Hills. I had to have 2 surgeries - one to remove the old implants and the other to add new implants. My recovery was very easy and very successful. I Highly recommend him for any breast issues you may have. You won't be sorry. Oh, and by the way, I usually never do reviews.

Excellent! Dr. Newman is the best. Felt like I was in great hands from start to finish for my breast augmentation. He's very detailed and achieved the natural look I was wanting. He was also very helpful explaining the differences between the types of implants. They scheduled multiple follow-ups after at no charge which made it feel like they really cared about the quality of their work and patient health.

I would definitely recommend Dr Newman for breast augmentation surgery. My result was what I had envisioned. The recovery from surgery was quite painless. I didn't need to take any pain meds. From the beginning of the process to have the surgery performed, Dr Newman answered all questions completely, professionally & calmly so that I felt confident in his expertise. Dr. Newman is a wonderful doctor. He has been caring, compassionate, and informative throughout my entire treatment. I got diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2021 and he has been amazing over the last 18 months getting me back to my old self. He was able to reconstruct both my breast after my double mastectomy with a diep flap and fat transfer. I was extremely scared and nervous but he made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities to give me the best possible result. I feel amazing and confident again after being scared I wouldn't look the same. My results have given me the strength to feel beautiful after having both breasts removed. He made the process seem so smooth and easy. I am beyond happy with my results and highly recommend him for your plastic surgery treatment.
