Dr. Rouhi was late to my appointment, then finally showed up not even apologizing for her delay. She was in a hurry to get me out of there without dealing with my medical issues. Overall I had a very poor experience and felt Dr. Rouhi had no values for me as her patient. I will not go back there again. Find a Primary Care Doctor that welcomes you and there are great physicians in the area.

My PCP is on vacation so I was referred to Dr. Rouhi. We connected via a zoom call this morning. We had never met before this call. She was on time for our visit, was very warm snd welcoming, listened to all of my symptoms and gave me great advice. I was very impressed with her bedside manner as well as her level of knowledge. If I weren’t so very happy with my current PCP I would be seeing Dr. Rouhi on a regular basis. Very grateful to her for seeing me on such short notice and taking such good care of me during our visit.

i am very upset right now! its the end of the day & my prescription was nit ready! not very happy w/the staff not following dr. rouhi's instructions in sending in my prescription to my pharmacy after seeing dr. rouhi earlier today at 1:45 pm cuz i was having migraine, anxiety attacks & abnormal heartbeat. after i was finished w/appt w/dr. rouhi, she had given instructions to her assistants to send in my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. i even stopped her assistant's while she was on her desktop to confirm w/ that i wanted my prescription to be sent to the cvs pharmacy near me. now that its the end of the day, i go to my pharmacy to see if they gotvmy prescription and they said no! and to call my doctor's office! when their dr exchange answered, i told thrm that i needed my prescription & it was urgent! she then called the doctor on call . when i explained to him my situation & if he can help me, he said he was looking at my chart in the system and showed that i " never went in for appointment " and i was never there! only that i made an appt! ( like hellloooo!! you have surveillance cameras at the medical building dont you?) my anxiety started to escalate!!! i thought i was gonna pass out! i do not appreciate any lies like this coming from a professional organization such as this medical group! wtf is going on? why dont you have any record of me ever being treated? or my prescription bring called in after confirming what cvs location to be sent to? dont know what everyone been smokin' but maybe perhaps you fill my prescription for yourselves! i do not appreciate this kind of service! do your damn jobs and when you have confirmation of where to send a patient's prescription, do it right away!!!! you had all day!!!!P.S. Don't get me wrong. Only Dr. Rouhi gets a " 5 Star" herself. She was professional herself & explained simply my diagnosis and to the point on what to do to take care of my health and avoid long term consequences. However, the staff needs to have Dr. Rouhi's back and do whatever she tells them to do right there and then & in timely manner!
