Terrible experience from the welcoming, hospitality, communication, accommodations, and mainly expertise. Very unprofessional and only cares about taking your money. Two cycles here with no success. There are so many other fertility clinics out there.

I will update this review with more specific details but l have had the worst experience with the financial consultant named Letty (Leticia). She made mistakes on my finances and got so defensive when I asked her to rectify the situation. She was rude, sarcastic, and hung up on me. What kind of professional business treats their patients this way? Not to mention, spent $21K with nothing to show for it. My current clinic states this place has the worse stats in the country. I wish I knew of this before spending out of pocket money here. Very disappointed.

My main office I visited was in Glendale but had my services done at this location for procedural related appointments. The staff is friendly here but after two IVF sessions with nothing to show for, I wouldn't recommend it. $21K plus medicine fees lost. I will upload more info as time goes on. I'm working on an ongoing issue.

There are no words that truly capture how thankful I am for Pacific Reproductive Center in Torrance and the incredible people who cared for me during one of the most emotional journeys of my life. This clinic didn't just help me medically; they carried me through hope, fear, prayer, and miracles. Dr. Rifaat Salem is nothing short of a blessing. His compassion, patience, and confidence gave me peace during moments when my heart was heavy and my mind was full of worry. I always felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for not just as a patient, but as a mother dreaming of her children. Jessica was my coordinator this round, and she was amazing beyond words kind, attentive, and always there when I needed reassurance or answers. Tara was my coordinator during the journey of creating my daughter Isabella, and she will forever hold a special place in my heart. Rita, the receptionist, is truly the heart you feel the moment you walk through the doors. From day one, she greeted me with warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile that instantly eased my nerves. On days when my emotions were heavy or my anxiety was high, her gentle presence and compassion made such a difference. Tina in financial services helped make an overwhelming process feel manageable and human. Because of this team, I am blessed with my beautiful 21 month-old daughter, and now I am pregnant with my son. Two miracles. Two answered prayers. I will never forget the role this clinic played in building my family. If you are walking a fertility journey and need a place filled with expertise, compassion, and genuine heart; this is it. I am forever grateful.

Dr Salem and his staff were very welcoming.. He found out some things; that I wasn't aware of .. I gald I followed his advice to do the procedures, and take proper medications for my fertility. It eventually cleared up and now I am 2 months , 1 week pregnant.

As patients we were treated well, however their communication needs serious improvement. We constantly had to email follow ups because they never got back to us with important information. As a fertility clinic our anxieties and worries are already heightened and there was never a sense of urgency with them getting us results. They also understaffed.

I am so thankful I found PRC! From the initial call to our IVF graduation, I always felt supported by everyone at PRC. Jessica and Nancy were my coordinators and they are so caring, professional, and always checked on me. There were a few months between IUIs where my husband and I took some time off; Jessica would send an email just to check in and ask how we were doing :) Jessica and Nancy took the time to explain each process and medication: IUI, hysteroscopy, STIMS, and IVF. Whenever I sent an email or called with a question, they were responsive and eased my worries. I'm thankful to Dr. Salem and Dr. Shala for their care and plan to help my husband and I achieve our dream of being parents. If you're looking for a fertility clinic, PRC is THE clinic! You will not feel alone in your journey; every single staff member is cheering for you and wishing you all the success. Thank you: Dr. Salem, Dr. Shala, Jessica, Nancy, Tina, Rita, Rose, and everyone at PRC/the surgical center who helped, supported, and cheered for us! You all made our dreams come true :)

I'm glad I chose Dr. Salem clinic for my IVF journey. Dr. Salem and all the staffs are great. Nancy is my care coordinator and she always listens to me and makes sure that all my questions and concerns are being taken care of. She even checked email during weekends and replied to me right away when I emailed her, making sure that I'm okay and it's not an emergency! She's amazing! Thank you for taking great care of me!

Terrible, After waiting for 40 minuets The doctor canceled the appointment because I was not interested in any of the more expensive procedures. The staff and nurses are amazing But do not go here. The doctors do not listen and have no respect for women as patients.

Our journey with IVF and Pacific Reproductive Center started pre-pandemic in 2019, so it has been a long journey. My partner did extensive research on IVF clinics and based on Dr. Salem's reputation and track records, we picked Pacific Reproductive Center. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. Dr. Salem is very knowledgeable and experienced with all aspects of IVF. He's also very personable and caring which put us at ease right away. All the procedures went very smoothly and we received the best medical care possible; and the results were great. We worked with two coordinators - first Akira and then Daysy - both were very accessible, organized, thorough and sweet, which made this complicated process much more manageable. All the other staff including nurses, anesthesiologist and embryologist are all very professional, helpful and caring. Overall, we felt they really saw us not as clients/patients, but as families and they are really in the business of helping families. They are expanding with more offices so it's convenient for all locations across SoCal.
