Great service at the emergency room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
really bad experience here today lol
I was taken to this facility by an ambulance at 7AM wearing my PJ's and no shoes. I was treated by Dr. Abrishamian who I found very caring and super nice. He did all necessary tests to make sure I was okay. I was discharged by him at 12 noon. The worker there named Chris walked in afterward and rudely asked me to leave right away. I told him I was waiting for my daughter and that she will be here in 30 minutes and he responded, he needs to get the room clean and that he will wheel my chair to the outside waiting room. I had to do so otherwise he would call the security to come, he responded, which he did call security on me.He was extremely insensitive, rude and very unhappy with his job. He should be terminated and work elsewhere without having to interact with humans in such setting. He had one of his helper wheeled me on a wheelchair to outside of the ER on a cold day escorted by the security guard because of Covid restrictions noone is allowed to wait inside. He never offered me a blanket or showed any kindness whatsoever . I am not using free care. I pay almost $1000 monthly for my blue shield insurance due to being self employed. I am sorry for the hospital HR to hire people like him.
Patient visiting 9:00am to 8:00pm
Just admitted into the hospital for TIA and have never been so greatful for all the staff and Doctors that took such good care of me from the moment I arrived till the moment I was discharged. But I'd like to really give a special thanks to Sarah Heitmeyer RN and Estefania Manjarrez NA.They really went above and beyond to make sure I was as confortable and taken care of during my stay.I honestly felt like I knew them for such a long time, not knowing that it was the first time I had ever seen them in my life.Thank you ladies so much!!
Finally had records issues solved.
ER is the worst. Brought my 88yr old Mom for dehydration and lab and had to wait on the er for 8 hrs. She could have passed out in the waiting room. Stay away!!!
My personal experience in this hospital was great. I came in very ill from COVID-19. They took care of me quickly. I was admitted and taken care off. Doctors and nurses were caring and knowledgeable. At no point in my stay here did anyone make me doubt my choice to go to this hospital for what was the worst few days of my life. Some heroes don't wear capes, please be kind and patient. At the end of the day, we are all human and some are more overwhelmed than others.
This hospital is absolutely horrible. Every experience I've had here was all negative. I urgently needed care many years ago and they left me untreated in a room for hours then decided they couldn't help me and I was transferred to another hospital which was immediately much more supportive and helpful. Recently I needed to see a family member who had checked in with a different name and it was a small misunderstanding but they refused to help and said to comeback another day. I was deeply concerned about this person and the staff made me feel horrible for even trying to visit. Please, if you need urgent care, do NOT come here. Go to a real hospital that doesn't treat you like a bag of money. This place made me feel like nothing.
I went in seeking medical attention and I was made to wait for seven hours I was only given aspirin minutes later and told me to go home what bad services 👎👎👎

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
