My mom who is 85 years old was seen by NP Rachele Cho today at Torrance Lomita. Most of the provider we visited around 80% are always in a hurry and was rushed in evaluating a patient chief complain. Since my mom is in a lot of pain on her right knee the front desk schedule my mom to Rachele,NP instead of her PCP. The moment Rachele entered the room a smile and you can feel a warm welcome. She talked and evaluate the condition of my Momand offer different options to alleviate her pain. She thoroughly reviewed my mom health history and spent almost 15-20 minutes diagnosing the pain.You can feel the care and compassion to her patient and she's truly amazing provider. I truly understand that time and appointment are always crucial to medical provider but Rachele is totally different. She valued her patient appointment and making sure that she offered the best possible treatment care for her patient. My mom and I are absolutely happy with her and we highly recommend her.
