Raquel B. Fernandez's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Fernandez is amazing as a doctor and I am sad that I have to post this but as a owner of a office I hope that she sees this. Her office staff is combative and rude. They didnt make an appointment that was supposed to be made and refused to have my child be seen when the appointment was supposed to be. When asked to talk to a manager, her attitude was even worst than the receptionist and it was completely unprofessional. Additionally, she no longer has an option to email the doctor. As first time parents I need that option as things come up. The receptionists are insufferably rude and its so sad because Dr. Fernandez is so wonderful.

We have been fortunate to have Dr. Fernandez as our pediatrician for the past 4 years. Her background and medical experience are top notch. Dr. Fernandez takes time to make sure all our questions and concerns are answered without us feeling like they are just that. She returns calls and is extremely honest regarding the care of our son. I don't know what we would do without her in our corner! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a loyal pediatrician!

Very disappointed with the office staff, I understand children get sick and if needed urgent care is available but not all the time. Its gotten very difficult to make an appointment even a virtual appointment is impossible. Dr Fernandez is amazing this is why we followed her to her new office but unfortunately feel like the staff can be dismissive. How unfortunate that the person couldn't just provide me with an appointment, instead I was told to call back tomorrow.

Dr.Fernandez is wonderful however her staff is terrible! they are not on top of things. I called in Nov. for an appointment I was told her had nothing till about mid Jan. I accepted the first date given and now I called to confirm my appointment they tell me they don't have an appointment for me. This is beyond terrible then goes to say they only have feb 9th as the soonest are you kidding me. I work in healthcare and this office is ran poorly.

DR. Fernandez is a great Dr I have my 1 year old baby boy that has been going to see Dr. Fernandez since he was born and she is a great pediatric Dr I was recommended by her from a friend that takes her kids and wow she is amazing and so sweet and kind and understanding the staff is great and her MA is so kind and sweet with my son when giving vaccines she is great. DR. Fernandez gives great advice she is so good with kids I recommend this Dr. 5 star Dr the best in Torrance CA .

Thank you so much Dr .Fernandez I take my 5yr old daughter to see Dr. Fernandez since she was born at Torrance memorial and she was so kind and sweet she came to visit me at the hospital and was able to meet my daughter Dr .Fernandez gives the best advice she is a great Dr and is so nice and kind when we call to schedule appointments we always get in for the physical and Fernandez and her MA always give us the best advice to do at home when My daughter is sick . The staff is amazing and sweet the New clinic is so wonderful and clean We love u Dr. Fernandez thank you for everything she is the best Pediatric Dr and is really good with kids she was 3 amazing boys.

I love dr. Fernandez she's so nice and sweet and kind she cares alot and is the best pediatric Dr when ever u need something she is always there and my 4 yr old son loves her and her nurse Jackie she is the best MA and makes the kids feel super comfortable and they are both good with kids and give the best advice and cares about you and your child .

NOT A REFLECTION OF Dr. Fernández. A sole reflection of the receptionist that picked up the phone. It was very disheartening and rude as a first-time parent to have someone blow you off and not provide any requested information. As a first-time parent, my current doctor advised me to begin searching for a pediatrician and I was excited in reading all the wonderful reviews only to be blown off by the receptionist not listening to the original request and trying to pawn us off on others.

I love Dr Fernández she went to visit me right after I gave birth, my little one is 2 and 7 months now and we love to continue with her specially now that I'm expecting baby #2, always knowledgeable and very open to new ideas, always great actitud and the staff is nice as well, I believe she moved to a new facility so I would like her new # is somebody knows and can share. Thanks
