Sarwat Mahmud's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mahmoud has been my mothers doctor throughout the past very difficult 3 years. She has been available and attentive throughout he many health challenges and hospitalizations. My entire family is grateful to have her watching over our mom and helping maintain her spirits as well as her health. Thank you!

So far so good. Thank you Dr. Mahmud.

My parents are both patients of Dr. Mahmud. They are both in their nineties and, as a result, are seeing Dr. Mahmud regularly. I'm writing this review as a "thank you" for taking such good care of my parents. We all feel comforted knowing we have Dr. Mahmud overseeing the very conplicated task of making sure two elderly people are on the right track with meds and all of the very complicated things that go along with it. The office is well run, very clean, and welcoming. The staff is top shelf and Dr. Mahmud is very available when needed. We all feel very blessed to have Dr. Mahmud and it is important that she knows that.

Everytime I visit Dr. Mahmud it is a pleasure. She talks with me and relates to me in many ways. She actually listens to you as a patient. I enjoy having her as my primary care provider.

I changed my insurance to be able to go back with Dr. Muhmud. She is caring, considerate, professional, efficient. There is no waiting for weeks or months to get referrals, etc.. This office gets things done promptly. I'm happy to be back in her care.

Dr Mahmud is an amazingly compassionate physician who diagnosed my issue on my first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff is efficient and friendly! Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mahmud!!

I made my son an appointment with Dr. Mahmud because my doctor is no longer taking new patients. My son was scheduled for a telehealth appointment via video chat. The appointment lLITERALLY lasted less than two minutes, she Had the gall to bill $165, and his issue was not resolved. How this can in any wa, shape or form be considered healthcare? My son went to another physician instead of the specialists that this doctor wanted us to see for a simple toenail infection, and he was examined, talked to, and given a prescription all in that same visit and for a lower fee. And guess what? His infection is clearing up. 100% do not recommend this doctor. Since I have to give one star, it will be for the staff, who are great.

If you have any self-respect you would not go to this doctor. I am always ready to listen and trust what a doctor says. And I have a few blunt/strict ones (specialists) too; they are great.I've been going to Mahmud for around 3 years. But every appointment was the same. She never had any time, patience, or even the smallest bit of respect for me. Even the nurse practitioner had time for me last month (very thorough during the physical and attentive /Thanks Heather!). Anyway in every appointment with Mahmud (even the first) she was smug and would berate me. She didn't want me to work on things, she just wanted to let out her frustrations on me. Don't get me wrong. I deal with so many pushy people at work all the time. But compared to her, they are the salt of the earth. Thankfully today was the last time she would step on me. I changed my PCP in the office parking lot. LOL
