Purchased a Groupon made an appointment on their website went to the appointment called beforehand couldn’t get a hold of anybody and once I was at the appointment they said we don’t provide that service anymore so it was just a giant waste of time and have to work with Groupon to get my money back

I'm still waiting to hear back about my consultation that they canceled because product wasn't in ststock at my appt date of Feb 6th. Was told I would hear back. Have called at least 10 times, on hold without anyone answering many times for as long as 20 minutes! I've emailed twice. When going through their phone menu, pressing 9 to leave voicemail doesn't work. You can leave one after hours, though, and I have. A MONTH of trying to get them to acknowledge me and they still have not. they have my Groupon money, I guess they don't care. CONTACT ME.

Horrible customer service!! The first time I went in their nurse billed no showed and they didn't even call me to let me know. So I showed up during a busy afternoon and sat in the office for 30 minutes before they told me this. Then they said they would call me back once they hired a new iv person, yeah that never happened either. Then I rescheduled two appointments one for my fiancee and one for me. I canceled my finances morning appointment and I came in at 130 for my appointment that I still had scheduled. Front desk tells me oh sorry we thought you cancelled both appointments and never checked with me. So now I've shown twice and both for nothing. They didn't offer anything to try and help the situation, just asked me if I wanted to reschedule again for a third time. What an absolute joke and complete waste of time. So inconsiderate and unprofessional especially from a doctors office.

Poor customer service. Anticipate scheduling issues and changes here. I drove over an hour to get to my appointment only to be told that the doctor wasn't there that day. They did not make any effort to make it better or offer any kind of reparation.

Excellent place , Dr.Solomon is a real medical doctors , family practice and I would recommend her as your primary physician as well . She did such a great job for my kybella , she did The entire jaw line not just under my chin like the last girl . I had a proper consultation. She does esthetics on Friday and Mon to Fri is a regular doctors office . Office is beautiful and staff are all so kind . Very wonderful experience and highly recommended! If I wasn't moving out of state I would do all my injections here, Botox etc . Please go to this spa !

I love Dr. Soliman and Shantique med spa. The staff is wonderful and their discounted offers are making top of the line services accessible. I had combo Halo and BBL Forever Young treatment to get rid of some age spots and a very stubborn seborrheic keratosis. This is an amazing treatment combo and Dr. Soliman was very thorough and I am thrilled with my results after one week. And I know the results only get better after the first month. I am so happy I did it! I also just started a series of BBL Forever Bare laser hair removal for my bikini area. Totally painless procedure and not something I would have considered if it wasn't made so affordable through purchasing a series. Sciton BBL is the best laser and I feel very secure under Dr. Soliman's care.

If you have rosacea and the doctor advises you to do the halo treatment, run as fast as you can and don't look back! I did the treatment in 2020 and to this date I regret my decision. My skin got 10 times worse after the treatment!

Dr. Soleman is so gentle and caring. I've had Botox several times at other providers including plastic surgeons offices, but I saw the best results with DR. Soleman! I think having a female Dr. is a huge plus because she understood the exact spots to inject in my face to give me the uplifted natural look! She really did an awesome job on my Botox. I will 100% go back and I'm looking forward to other beauty treatments under her care!

The receptionist called and canceled my appointment saying they didn't have the materials they needed for my appointment a day before without a sincere apology. Her attitude was like "we don't have the products, so you can't keep your appointment. So what do you want me to do?" Very disappointed. I have this skin care routine that had to be done at the certain time. this cancelation put me behind of the routine. I don't recommend this place. There are many other places you can go to. Avoid this place.
