Dr. Lin is great. Our previous primary care physician retired and we found Dr. Lin through the Torrance Memorial network. She has a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and listens with great consideration. The challenge is the front office staff. So many mix-ups, from medication refills to waiting over 10 minutes for them to answer the phone on hold. It's very frustrating... We truly enjoy Dr. Lin.

Reception staff was professional and friendly and not a long wait. Dr. Lin is personable, asks all the right questions and takes her time to listen. She made me feel that she cared. Ans she's a sports medicine doctor which is good for a weekend warrior like me!

The check in experience was seamless, I was helped immediately and with kindness. The wait was minimal (which was a blessing!) The doctor is so kind and thorough! I am so glad I switched. BTW - I was referred to the doctor by Dr. Argarwal after she found that my thyroid medication was at a toxic level and has been for over 10 years. I am so happy I am with Dr. Lin now!
