The first couple times I went here, the girl who did my laser did a fantastic job, she was thorough, they have a nice machine that blasts cold air that helps the heat from the laser and I felt like it was worth the pricier end range. I was thoroughly disappointed by my last laser appt here. This new girl looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, she as reading some chart trying to figure out the settings. I usually I feel a tiny little zap but I felt absolutely nothing this time around and even asked if it was on the right setting bc I didn’t feel anything. She said something about “lower setting for summer” or something like that. Never had a laser hair removal session where literally no hair came off. Huge waste of money considering this is one of the pricier locations for laser hair removal. From my experience, it seems like they don’t have quality control to ensure great treatment every time. Proceed with caution. This is my “lasered” Arm hair 3 weeks later.
Nothing special, the staff is nice. However, I won't be returning. The online appointment times are not honored. I booked my appointment for three and was then asked if I could come in at 3:45. Which is no problem, I was finishing up with an errand and would just kill 45 minutes in the parking lot. I got there and checked in without a problem. Apparently the doctor had been double booked. The front desk girls seemed to have been bothered by a previous patient and so they were loudly talking about it even questioning whether or not she was minor because she referenced telling her mother. They were clearly judging her for the way she was acting and even went to her chart to confirm her age. In between, I heard one of them say they finished taking my pics and then someone responded "ooh it's gonna be a while" (if this was you, not sure if that's a hippa violation). Nothing was mentioned to me, they just went back to talking about Chris whatever debuting his relationship on instagram and hot the two were together. After five minutes, I asked how long it would be. Still no one advised me it'd be a wait after already having pushed my appt back 45 minutes. I wasn't gonna sit there and wait, so I left and I won't be back. They probably talked about me too after I left lol
Well, I was upset but the staff reached out to me so we can resolve my concerns. I've been to several places throughout the years and not one of these clinics offered any help whatsoever. Basically, it's too bad so sad, so I thought Skin Works would do the same so I wrote the first review. Staff is always great no complaints whatsoever. I'm thankful.
I’m in my 50s now and had been reading a lot about PRP facials and how they can help with skin texture and fine lines. After doing some research, I booked an appointment. I was a bit nervous, but the staff was incredible, they explained every step clearly and the procedure itself wasn’t painful a bit of pressure and tingling but nothing I couldn’t handle. My face looked a little red right after, but by the next day it had already started to calm down. It’s been a few weeks now and I can definitely see a glow and smoother texture
I've had the anti-aging and deluxe hydrafacials. Both are great and left my face feeling refreshed. I also purchased the laser facial package. So far, I've only experienced the signature laser facial. I'm excited to try the carbon laser facial.
I have really bad hyperpigmentation and a keloid type scar under my eye from picking at acne and just bad acne in general. I'm 38 years old, and nothing was working. I went in for a consultation a few months back. I liked how I was recommended products first, the other laser treatments were explained to me, prices were given to me. I opted for the topicals first because as a brown person who pigments easily, and seeing horror stories of laser, it really scared me. They didn't push anything on me or tried to oversell anything. I really appreciated that. After a lot of my own research, I figured the safest and maybe best treatment option for me would be the Pico Laser (which they recommend.) I don't know why, maybe it was a sign from above from my mom who passed way too young, but I checked their website in May, and they had a special on Pico Laser 3 sessions. It was a price I couldn't refuse. So I took the plunge. There is so much improvement from my hyperpigmentation from my acne scars, and my raised scar is flatter and less dark. I just had my second session today, and the nurse thought it was my third because the hyperpigmentation went away so much since the first one. My skin is really taking to this laser well. I was a little more red the second round, but the redness went away a lot faster this time - 3 hours later I was back to normal - no joke. That's a crazy low downtime. Everyone there is so nice and thoughtful. I'm not sure what types of cases they get everyday, but I know mine may have seemed more challenging - like I really have a problem, I'm not just trying to beautify myself. I just want to look normal! Everyone has been so nice. Nobody is pushy. And I'm seeing significant results. I'm so happy! If you suffer from hyperpigmentation and are black or brown, consider Pico Laser. Just go in for a consultation and do your research like I did -- they aren't pushy. When you're ready, they will get that appointment for you I will definitely be back after my last treatment to see what else they can do. And I know if they can't, they'll be honest and tell me and where to go. I trust them.
My face look much younger ! , this is what I hear from my friends , thanks for skin work and Dr Tahsini , he is expert in hair and skin . they did great job for my facial treatment, they offer individual facial recommendations. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, I highly Recommend this clinic .
Hi, just following up on my Ultherapy refund. The machine wasn't working on the day of my appointment, and I did the M8 treatment instead. I haven't received any updates since--could you please check on this for me? No follow up at all!
Love Dr. T. He's very skilled. He makes the procedure painless.
I had a 5 star experience at Skin Works Medical Spa, they're, attentiveness to my skin care needs , and positive attitude stood out to me. Overall, their sufficient and professional approach, combined with their truly wonderful demeanor, made for an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
