Sushila Agrawal's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr Agrawal. She is a no nonsense, straight Shooter Doctor. She is very direct & I appreciate that. I can always get in right away to see her and she listens to my concerns, if I feel I need to see a specialist even if she doesn’t she will refer me. Her staff is very friendly.

My sister has been a patient of hers for years. Dr. Agrawal's service has declined along with my sister's condition. Her office is not accessible and she is not good at follow-ups. We have been requesting equipment referrals, yet she has only offered evaluations which never happened. We're planning to move on.

I would never go back to this doctor. I needed to find a new PCP and chose her because she was local to me. Her office is poorly run and understaffed. One person to man the phones and checking in. I called once to schedule an appointment and NO one answered the phone that day (during the day on a weekday??). She doesn't really listen to what you have to say, rushes you out of there and the one time I got an ultrasound and they found something on the results, no one called me. I don't think she even looked at the results until I called HER office and when I went in for a follow up, she asked me why I was even there when she stepped into her office. She didn't explain anything about what they found or how I should go about it. Just something along the lines of "we just leave things like that in there" She should probably retire if she is going to be this way towards patients, it's very clear she does not care.

I’m writing this review for my Aunt who had just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has survived it and is currently Cancer Free. “They won’t see you unless you pay upfront all charges. The receptionist needs to be more compassionate to the patients. Instead of assuming that the patient should know Insurance questions and how they run their office. I’ve seen many doctors (33) in the last four months, this is the only doctors office that wants all the fees paid UPFRONT, or they will cancel your appointment. They don’t bill you and won’t bill you if you ask. The doctor herself is great and the other assistant to the receptionist that handles records was sincere and patient in explaining things further. This may result in me finding a new primary doctor’s office, hopefully not.” -Cancer Survivor

I love Dr. Agrawal and her girls, especially Pech. They are so nice and accommodating. I moved to Norwalk but I don't mind driving to Torrance because they are just the best and I don't think I will ever find another Doctor like her! I have been recommending them to my friends!

Would rather not give her any stars

I highly suggest never coming here for any sort of doctor visit. She is an extremely bad listener and makes a lot of assumptions about your problems which is probably why she has a high rate of being wrong. I remember she prescribed something to me and I started taking the medicine. I did notice that it put me in some pain. My mom, who was a nurse, felt that the dosage seemed pretty high for a first time problem. I went to see a cardiologist and told him about what I was taking and he looked very shocked at me and told me to immediately stop taking the pills after hearing my symptoms. Stay very far away.

Love Dr Agrawal. She sees me right away when needed. I love her staff too. She is open some Saturdays too.
