Had leg pain since I been coming to Synovation in Torrance I’m much better love this group recommend it

PA is nice basically all she does is input what's going on with me and thats it. Waste of time hope to do only television unless I need something else.

Second time I've been here to get fixed up and it works every time thanks again Dr for the shot my back feels nothing which is a good thing because there is no more pain 💪🏽😬 no back to training

Had a lower back nerve ablation procedure. Unfortunately, I have had this procedure done numerous times at a different doctor. Wasn’t bad, but I didn’t have anything to compare it to. This was so different. Not intrusive or uncomfortable at all. Things I had experienced at my previous doctor. The procedure was efficient and it took less than 15 minutes. So far I am experiencing no pain or discomfort.

The Clinician was very nice

This place is horrendous. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. I arrived last week for my first visit. I waited for over an hour and a half in the lobby and got no help. I saw many people leave that looked miserable. A couple were crying.

This place is the worst. First off I had severe pain in August for my back the earliest appointment I could get was October 8th. I was running 5 minutes late and tried calling the office no one ever picked up the phone line. I parked my car and I walked into the building and of course it was the wrong building. they told me it was next to Olive Garden I went into that building and they said you have to walk around the corner now keep in mind I have severe back pain so now I have to walk all around the building into another building go up to the second floor then walk down a long long hallway. how do you have a pain management office that is this difficult to find so much walking. I finally make it into the lobby and the receptionists, they're talking to themselves not paying any attention to the customers. finally one of them turns their head and speaks to me. I give them my name and they said oh you are a no-show LOL and they want to reschedule me. the receptionists are very rude and this Alice Consten sounds like a ding-a-ling. so it's probably a good thing I didn't get seen. I'll go somewhere else. 3.8 Reviews. Unacceptable.

Dr. Not very helpful with filling out my paperwork for disability, not very helpful in answer phone calls and not friendly front desk stuff.

I texted a request for a refill and received a response I had an appointment that same day which I never authorized. I called to ask if I had to come in or if it was a phone appointment. I was told I’d get a call at 4. Never received a call. Later, I received a text saying I’d have to set up an appointment to get a refill. They won’t authorize any refill unless I set up an appointment for it. Who does this? Things changed after about 2 years ago. It’s gotten ridiculous. No wonder doctors keep leaving this office.
