Caring and thorough
I first came in with Dr. Rogers when I realized that I had back pain. We did a x-ray and she said it could be a disc bulge. She recommended physical therapy, which I did for 6 months. I improved a lot but in December 2022, I had a major flare-up that was a huge setback to all my PT progress. My PT recommended I ask for an MRI to see if it could be more severe. When I came back with this suggestion, Dr. Rogers repeatedly questioned the need for an MRI and she said she did not need an MRI to know that it’s a bulging disc. I felt pressured and did cry as I felt like I exhausted my options and wasn’t learning more about my back issue. She then went on to saying we could do an MRI. The MRI showed that I had two badly herniated discs. When Dr. Rogers saw this, she didn’t even acknowledge what she had said in the past and it was until then where my treatment suggestion actually got serious. I understand that Dr. cannot tell if it’s a herniated disc or the severity of the issue from an x-ray. I do not fault her for that. I do think that what was lacking was listening to and validating patient’s concerns and humility. The fact that she had said she did not need an mri to tell if it was a better going disc made me think there was an ego check that needed to happen. I also didn’t like that she did not acknowledge her mistake when we got the MRI results back. I’m not sure if she was offended that the PT is the one who suggested the mri, but the mere fact that 6 months of progress ended up in a reversal of back pain is a red flag that a different course of action or treatment should be considered. I honestly believe that had I not got my MRI, my healing process would not have progressed. I didn’t feel comfortable or heard so I am switching to another dr.
She was caring and thorough. I had severe back pain that was diagnosed as lipoma. Surgically removed and I was much better. Thank you Dr. Rogers!
I can't say enough great things about Dr Rogers. She is really a great doctor. Additionally she's a great communicator. She listens to her patients and has an impressive knowledge base. I am so glad I had her as my surgeon.
My name is William Galbreath, and one night in November 2021, I had a bad experience with my legs getting wobbly and I couldn't control my walking. The next morning I went to emergency and explained what had happened the night before. The doctors started running several different test on me. It was determined that several vertebrates in my neck was pinching my spinal cord. I was referred to Dr. Tiffany Rodgers and after she examined me, I was told that I had two choices if I didn't correct the problem. In time I would be paralyzed or death. What I liked about Dr. Rodgers, she made me feel very conterferble. On March 8, 2022 I had neck surgery on vertebrates 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and I am so glad that I did. There were no complications, and Dr. Rodgers had me to come back for several checkups, I also went to physical therapy. My surgery was ten months ago and I feel very good, no side effects. I honestly feel that Dr. Rodgers and her assistant Dr. Jeff saved my life, and I would recommend Dr Rodgers to anyone that needs this type of surgery.
I want to tell everyone that needs cervical fusion that Tiffany Rogers and her team are beyond wonderful. I had no idea how much discomfort I was in until I went to her and had surgery. All my discomfort is gone! It is perceived as a scary surgery with horrible recovery and its not. They take such good care of you. Honestly the worst part was the brace...does its job but not comfy at all. Your shoulders may get sore because they are helping support your head. The first week is tough because you cant shower! But that is the worst of it. My neck didn't hurt at all. The scar is thin along my neck crease. Looks super. These people are just amazing. They changed my life! Thank you Tiffany and Team! Please don't live in pain or discomfort. Get it fixed through these great people and you will be surprised at how non-invasive it is and that it will change your life.
The referral to Dr Tiffany Rogers turned out to be quite extraordinary. In our first meeting after reviewing MRI and x-ray data the recommendation was for pool therapy. As a veteran of pool therapy years ago. I knew its value. Unfortunately covid interrupted the pool therapy but prior to this most recent surgery with Dr Rogers who I have trusted without getting a second opinion, I did have three pool therapy sessions and three land therapy sessions prior to lumbar surgery. Thus after surgery and release from the hospital, I knew that I would have home Health services first to include nursing visits, physical therapy and occupational therapy. I also had arranged prior to surgery that after being discharged from the home Health service program, I would be able to return to pool therapy and the land therapy and continue my crusade for rehabilitation that I have undergone my entire life. Thus I have found myself in a network of people who know one another, are extraordinarily capable ànd talented in their respective fields and I could not be more grateful to Dr Rogers after surgery since the quality of my lifestyle has improved significantly and continues to do so Day by day.
Amazing Doctor. She really helped my daughter with her scoliosis.
I would actually give 100 stars if I could! I was one of those "I WILL NEVER HAVE ANY SURGEY PERFORMED ON MY BACK" people and swore by this. When my pain got so bad that I could not even walk I had no choice. I am so fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Rogers and I will forever be so thankful for her, Jeff Satterfield and the rest of her staff! She immediately understood what I was going through and what I needed. She and Jeff are compassionate, understanding, caring and most of all completely honest when it comes to diagnosis and surgery requirements. After care is also incredible so there is really no other doctor better to care for your orthopedic needs. I could write praise all night long but I think you all understand how I feel! Thanks again for all of the care that you and your team have provided!
Briefly: Tiffany Rodgers failed me. It took a (2nd) 5+hr surgery from a neurosurgeon to FIX & Remove things that Rodgers had done and FAILED to perform in the 1st surgery. I had zero positive results and a lot of continued pain after the 1st surgery . My complaints (after surgery) fell on deaf ears. I was told the surgery was a success and that my pain was from arthritis and inflammation of my SI joint. BUT !!!!, A 2nd MRI (ordered by the neurosurgeon) revealed: (1) - A device (placed by Rodgers) was compressing my spinal cord at discs L4/L5 (fused by Rodgers during surgery). (2) - Bulging discs at L/3 thru L/5 (that were supposed to be decompressed by Rodgers during surgery) were (also) still compressing my spinal cord. (3) - There was massive (most surgeon had ever seen) scar tissue formed after the 1st surgery, and had to be removed. No wonder I was in such excruciating pain after my 1st surgery !!!!!!! I spent the next 2yrs in continued (sometimes severe) pain and followed their advice/referrals for - therapy, pain management, pills, epidurals, and nerve blocks, with ZERO positive results !!! There was no (known) communications between referrals and Dr. Rodgers, just continued pain - WASTED TIME and MONEY !!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
