TM Urgent Care is so important in this community. Thus I want TM to improve their operation by reading my comments. I took my wife for wrist x-ray and it took us 3 hours 20 min to complete. A few people were in the waiting room and my wife's waiting time was about 18 min or so. So it wasn't bad but the problem was after the doctor examined, we had to wail and wait for each steps thereafter. Their logistic was extremely poor but no reason was given as to why. TM;s administration need to improve drastically. Here is an another example at reception. My wife filled out the form in advance to speed up at the reception. But it was wrong. She had to fill out similar forms again and again. The form was poorly designed and asking SS No. Now medical form should not ask SS No for security reason, but TM is still asking. Again TM; needs drastic improvement on their Logistics and Administration. I was so sad to experience this at our TM.

This was my second visit to the Torrance Memorial Urgent Care Center located on Lomita Blvd. in Torrance, CA. The first visit was approximately two years ago. Returning today I had the same outstanding experience. Dr. Tseng listened intently, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and also had an excellent "bedside manner". I would wholeheartedly recommend this Urgent Care facility over others in the area.

Does not offer Covid testing which makes no sense

I was waiting there for 2 hours and only 1 patient went in. I asked how long would it take after waiting for 2 hours and they said one more hour. I had to go so I just left. Their is no sense of urgency in this urgent care. To be able to see a doctor you need 4 hours in this urgent care. I suggest you go to another one.

4/24/2021 5:20pm; My 85 years old sick father needed pen needles for his diabetes injection, the receptionist was so rude and inpatient with us. Although my father was in urgent need of medication, they made us walk back and forth to the car and wait for a long time.
