There was hardly anyone in the waiting room and they don't take walk-ins?! Bull...

The receptionist had the worst attitude and was very rude to me. I left to another Quest Diagnostics near by which had way better service and walk ins were welcome with a professional attitude.

Unprofessional and very rude. I see so many reviews pointing this out and their response always promises to improve but I guess they just don't care.I took my 81 year old dad to get blood drawn and it's supposed to be a special kind where they have to send in the same day for lab test. They did not follow instruction and now the blood is useless. They requested for another draw. Rosmary called me, apologized and told me to show up at 3:45pm and she will train everyone. We show up at 3:35pm and this very rude lady Carina/Karina tells me that she can't find our name nor did she receive instruction. I told her that I was told to show up for 3:45 appointment and she tells me that their last appointment ends at 3:40pm like I'm lying.We leave and get a phone call back 10 minutes later asking us to comeback. We go back and I hear people chatting and laughing so i knock on the counter. No answer. I wait for another minute and knock again. I hear Carina yelling something like "just a minute, I have a needle in the patient's arm..." All I hear inside is her chatting and laughing away...So Carina finally comes out and says she is sorry and although she did not get the memo, someone else did get it. Well Carina, all you had to do was ask others if they got the memo when we visited the first time!Hopefully they don't screw the second blood sample again!I'm a reasonable person and fully understand everyone makes mistake. What I'm angry is the rudeness and unprofessionalism by the staff. Please make the correction if you care about the customer!

I went this Quest location two times . First time , I walked in and asked the stuff . Unfortunately, I got very ruthless and impatient response for my checking question.The second time I went by appointment. I checked in outside when arrived the parking lot . The response asked me "Thank you for waiting , we are ready for you to come in now ". However, when I stepped in and checked in on the machine and troubled . I asked the stuff and told me you are late over 10 minutes ( actually I got there on time , and checked in office about 5 minutes after my scheduled time) . She asked me to reschedule and not answer my request to waiting even no one in the waiting room . .....Her attitude was very terrible all the time talking with patient. Miserable place to go ! So so sorry ! I have been experienced excellent and professional service at the office Harbor Bl Fullerton. They are GREAT QUEST TEAM , and too sorry for those stuff in the office at 3500 Lomita Bl Torrance CA .

The workers are very rude and unprofessionalEven when you have an appointment they don’t want to see youSo unprofessional the way they conduct them selfs.

Been here twice for my prenatal blood draw and it was just as hectic each time. Front desk ladies are very loud, chaotic & abrupt. I don’t understand the yelling as a medical staff. It takes you twice the effort to raise your voice and speak so abruptly only to repeat yourself 2-3 times, it’s a small office, relax. I hate coming here but my drs office do not do blood draws. They make you sign in, demands you to wait in your car but expects you to show up inside 2 secs after they text you or the yelling continues, then have you wait for another 10 minutes. So painful and stressful to be here. Will be going to a different Quest.

I agree on the other comments the front desk person is rude,thats what represents you infront and we get a rude person to speak with.

Second time been here same lady in the front desk yells and was very rude,need to retrain your staff about customer service and dealing with patients,Im for sure they teach that in school,they dont even know what patients have been dealing with,only to be yelled at.

I had an excellent experience with Karina my phlebotomist. I was anxious about giving blood I hate fasts too, but she was so personable and made me feel calm and welcomed. I also really liked the lady at the front desk she was so nice I forget her name but she has a cool arm tattoo if that helps :) thank u guys!

Today I took my 3 year old son to get his blood drawn I was nervous and scare. The person that help us was nice and she answer all my questions, she did a good job on not hurting or making my son cry the process was fast less then 10minutes we were out.
