I was 15 minutes late and they turned me away. I've waited over 45 minutes for my appointment with them before, but if you're late---screw you!!!!!That's really messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I hope the stupid bitch gets her karma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Torrance Memorial IPA was unhelpful when my Dr retired and I needed a new primary care physician. While they sent out flyers advertising physicians, when I needed to make an appointment they didn’t know when the replacement would be available - and gave me 3 different numbers to call - none helpful - all shunted me off to another number. When I requested my records be sent to my new UCLA physician - you got it - they don’t help in any way. I am out of town and my husband is at risk for COVID - I have to go into the office and sign the release no mailing, emailing or texting the form.Unhelpful, unaccommodating, inflexible and they sound like they couldn’t care less on the phone. Very poor.

The worst. They have no planning in place. People in the front desk does not transfer work properly.I asked my doctor fax my test , and in 5 minutes the shift changes and it is gone.Extremely poor management

This place is great I have been there when there are several people in waiting room an I've never had a long wait.The staff is friendly work well together they are very efficient.They are gentle when drawing blood and patient.

Horrible service! Came here as a walk-in, two hours later and I'm still waiting. I can't understand why it taking this long. Only four people have been called on in 2 hours!

Went to Torrance Blvd. behind Little Co. of Mary Hospital Quest branch 11:10 am this morning with both my parents. We were the only patients there for an hour. One of the staff started poking my mother with no success after 4 attempts. Waited for one hour after, for my father's turn. Parents got hungry and asked me what's taking it so long. Answered them back "I don't know what's taking it so long." The other brunette staff overheard it. After she put the phone down, came into the screening room, waving her finger at me saying "Didn't you hear me talking to the doctor about the their tests. Didn't you hear me?" Very unprofessional. I don't know which school she went to. She had an attitude and is very rude. Unfortunately, I didn't announce that I am a registered nurse and work also as an independent contractor for Quest.
