Dentro de poco daré a luz en ese hospital y quisiera saber si ya cuando mi bebé nazca puedo recibir visita de mi hijo que tiene 10 años para que el pueda ver a su hermanita
Medics are great. Billing department unfortunately demonstrates to much incompetence. I been there 3 times. First time had issues. Second NO issues. Third time issues again. They have all the info but somehow they unable to submit insurance and collect the money. Same insh 2 month difference and somehow they manage it to submit it incorrectly and now I have to spend time to correct their mistakes. This is the only place in USA where I have ongoing problems with billing department. Please train ur people better
Rude!! Awful service and staff! Do NOT go there!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctors , staff, nurses and everyone associated with my diagnosis of breast cancer. I am one year cancer free thanks to the amazing Doctors, Nurses and staff at Hunt Cancer Center! God bless you all! Many thanks 🙏🏽 😍. Dr. Friedlander, Dr. Sikaria, Nurse Brenda! All the Nurses and technicians were wonderfully amazing!!
My husband was diagnosed with life threatening disease. Dr Hool found the problem right after 2 months seeing him in 2022. He and the PA team, and the care center provide great service to the patients that I was observed in the care center when my husband in the center for infusion. Thank you all for your great service and wish you all have a great and happiness in the holidays season. Best regards SC
I have been going here since 2015. Before they moved to Torrance from Redondo Beach. Service went downhill after moved and it gets progressively worse all the time. Nurses are rude and uncaring at Cancer Care. Not supportive of patients at all. I’m grateful for the treatment but wish I could find a better place than Hunt Cancer Care in Torrance.
This Hospital is terrible, it is useless, all the employees give you bad answers and if you only speak Spanish they discriminate against you, I arrived with a fever of 39, and they did not even give me Acetaminophen, until I told them, I have been waiting for test results 9:00 p.m., and it doesn't seem very good to me, because one is sick and does not come to this hospital for a walk, the Nicaraguan Hospital is better, the longest a patient waits is 4 hours, or they put you in the observation room, but one awui in Harbor 9:00 p.m. waiting sitting, it seems to me discrimination against sick patients, they should do a survey of patients to improve the quality of care, if they do not give me results after 24 hrs, then I have to leave the hospital and go to rest at my house, let's see if the patient gets complicated 🙃
My dad has an agressive cancer and they waited 6 months before they did anything about it and now it's spread. Don't take your family member here
My wife had her initial appointment her today and they would not let me back due to an allergy cough. They told me I could be on speaker while she met with the doctor. That didn’t happen. A very important meeting that I could not attend due to draconian polices and staff that lied about being able to listen in on the appointment does not make a good first impression. My wife needs treatment for her terminal cancer otherwise I would never come back. Maybe the doctor is good, but the front staff could use training.
This part of Torrance Memorial Hospital is across from the West Tower Medical Center. Both buildings are connected through a bridge on the second story. The bridge takes you from the cancer center to the Cafeteria at the Medical Center side of the bridge.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
