The front desk receptionist is the rudest person and should not be working in health care. She has no best side manner whatsoever. I called to take care of an appointment for my husband and she treated me like I wasnt important. She was unkind and kept treating me like I was deaf basically yelling through the phone. When we arrived for our appointment she ignored us at first and kept talking down to my husband and I. This isnt the first time Ive seen her act like this. She treats ALL patients and anyone who walks into the office like this. There was a medical rep who walked in too and she was even rude to her as well We love the doctors at this location especially Dr. Tseng but have considered taking our business elsewhere because of their receptionist. Shes the one with glasses that sits on the right side of the desk. Someone needs to sit down and teach this woman customer service and how to be pleasant to anyone who walks into the office. Its already hard enough going to the doctors to talk about your medical issues.... she makes it even harder to want to go to this office because shes so unwelcoming.

Had a 2nd opinion appointment with Dr. Tseng yesterday. What I can say is. Hes attentive listens cares amp very professional. If amp when I have any other neurological issues of course I hope that doesnt happen Ill call TMPN amp Dr. Tseng.

By far the best doctors office Ive been to I was lucky when finding an appointment and managed to get one for the next day. The nurses are professional and are great at their jobs. The office is right inside of the building on the first floor. The office itself is clean welcoming and has lots of room. Although there was an error on one of my prescriptions I completely forgive the office because of the welcoming atmosphere and the care that they have shown me. A few days after my appointment I even received a 4page packet detailing my visit doctors notes patient care plan and even my general information medications measurements. This was the best part of my visit actually because I have never seen a doctors office that mails your care plan to you. It was especially great for forgetful patients like me
