I do not usually post a review because I am not computer savvy. I had to convice my grandson to assist me with this but I wanted to recognize the service I received at Dr. Millers office today. I had the fortune of running into a kind soul. I am a senior patient searching for a new Doctor because my previous Doctor retired. I came into the office because I wanted information about Dr. Miller and I wanted to find out if she accepted Scan. I had the pleasure to meet her front staff Denise. She confirmed that Dr. Miller accepted my insurance and answered all my questions. Eventhough she was the only one at the front desk checking in people and answering calls she went out of her way to explain thoroughly what HMO groups I had the options to enroll with. She was very informative and what I liked the most was that she was patient with me. Since us senior patients ask too many questions we can sometimes be looked upon as annoying by the younger population. Denise was very patient and empathetic. Kept a smile on the whole time. I look foward in meeting Dr. Miller with such pleasent staff I have no doubt she will be an excellent choice. Thank you Denise and Torrance Memorial Network for having such pleasent staff for us Senior population

My experience with Nurse Practitioner Brar was excellent in every way. I was concerned as I had been ill for some weeks. As always she listens attentively and sympathetically performs careful exam and is reassuring. She explained what was wrong prescribed medication and I was on my way. There was essentially no time spent waiting.

I love TMPNfinally a network that is current with technology.Their Torrance office is really clean. I waited about 15mins to see Dr Vollucci and she took her time with me. I was able to sign up with their patient portal that is really easy to work. I had a question and sent my pcp a question thru the portal and she responded quickly. I like the fact that i can see all of my records and results on the portal as well as have access to make an appointment. They also have a phone system that sends you reminders a few days before your appointment.

Terrible After waiting 1.5 hours for my appt...... Dr. Dorn walks in with a heartless Sorry for the wait remark. Totally didnt have good vibes from her from the start. She had her head buried in her IPAD and gave me ZERO attention. If this is our health care for the 21st century.... I dont want it. All I was in for was to get set up for blood work up. Was dissappointed in how she didnt care about me as a human being standing in front of her..... I will pray I can get another DR of the network to go over my final results with me on blood work up. Do not recommend Dr Dorn
