Torrance Memorial Physician Network Primary Care Madison's Online Review Report Card

Dr. K is awesome Always professional and has a great bedside manner. The main receptionist on the other hand is terrible to deal with. She is rude combative and generally makes what would otherwise be an enjoyable experience into something regrettable. Ive been coming to this office for 5 years now and cant say Ive ever had a positive experience with her. Ive literally had better customer service at the DMV. If she hates her job and clients so much maybe its time to look for another job?Dr. K and Torrance Memorial please PLEASE start looking for a more friendly receptionist In the meantime I will be looking for a doctors office that values patient experience.

Dr K is down to earth and approachable Getting through the phone of a little difficult and theres a bit of a wait but dr k is worth it

Dr Ana Kwaitkouski and the staff are friendly.  She takes her time to explain and shows concern to her patients.  Very pleasant office visits.

I went for my first visit to Dr. K a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier.  She listened took the time to ask lots of questions and I loved her personality  I feel very confident in her ability to care for me Im a complicated patient she was efficient and seemed to really care.  Im so grateful that I found her.  The staff was friendly and everything was so organized wait time was minimal.  Thank you Dr. K

i went through several doctors when looking for primary and i ended up with Dr. K she the positive reviews are all true and her staff are awesome. So many experiences and i can tell you staff are just as important a factor when it comes to service and i have yet to ever have a problem.

They saw me promptly at my appt. time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.  The Dr. was very caring and concerned with a sense of humor. She made me feel very comfortable. They made my visit less painful since its not my favorite place to be.

In my opinion Dr. Ana Kwiatkowski is an excellent doctor.  She is pleasant listens organized and know how to evaluate the situation and gather the information so she can develop the best solution.  I feel that she is both concerned for her patients and has the skills to make me feel that I have a Doctor that is really taking care of me.  I highly recommend Dr. Ana K.

Ive been coming to this location for medical care for 41 years. Dr. Kwiatkouski is the latest example of the high standards and fine care that Ive come to expect here. She is a fantastic diagnostician among her other skills. She is very personable and really does take the time to make sure all my concerns are addressed. Dr. K. is a true professional.

Dr. K is the best doctor I have ever known. I have known a lot of doctors both as a nurse and patient. That is how I know just how unbelievably outstanding Dr. K really is. I wish she could be cloned and one of her put everywhere Dr. K listens connects with the patient cares about your wellbeing does not judge finds solutions feels safe and you really feel like she is there for you. Dr. K is the only doctor I ever had that I looked forward to seeing. I did not dread going to the doctor with her because I knew I was in good hands. Her integrity is impeccable. Dr. K and her whole staff were consistently kind and helpful. I wish I could move back close to where Dr. K practices. I will never forget her. She sets the standard for what a doctor should be. My gratitude overflows to this day for Dr. K and her staff helping me through a very rough time in my life.

Dr. Kwiatkouski was wonderful. I met with her for a consultation and she spent a significant amount of time with me reviewing my family history and concerns. She really seems to take a holistic approach to care. I was really impressed by her bedside manner and the time she devoted to the appointment and look forward to having her as my PCP. Her medical assistant was also very friendly and helpful.
