NP Marianne Hagiya was extremely understanding and helpful. She literally saved me during a very stressful time. Cant thank her enough

I loved seeing Marianne today for my yearly physical. She was thorough I did not feel rushed and she made me feel very comfortable to discuss anything I needed.

I loved meeting with NP Hagiya She was very kind attentive she listened to me and offered great advice and recommendations for my recovery. She was also protective of my well being and had her staff call the office of my surgeon to speed up their efforts to get me in for my postop appointment since the 2nd week since my surgery was closing and they still hadnt found an appointment for me at the time I saw NP Hagiya. A few days later my surgeons office called and had an appointment for me. Awesome She went over and above any treatment that I was expecting and when I left that day I knew I had been well taken care of.

Marianne made me feel comfortable asked the right questions and was mindful of my concerns. Marianne called me today to tell me the results of my blood work follow up is very important to me and Marianne gets 5 stars. Thank you Marianne. TC

Very disappointed in this practice. The nurse who took me back talked about how this virus was because of the crazy things Chinese people ate When I questioned her she was quiet and said they eat a lot of disgusting stuff like insects. This practice  seemed so slack about COVID19. They had nurses coughing loud and bounced me around rooms do they know how long the virus remains in the air on pens chairs and magazines. Please keep your vulnerable loved ones away.

I have been a patient here for many years. Two of my doctors have moved on dont blame them. I have stuck around because I work in the area and it was convenient but I am now ready to make the move. I was there this week and they seemed to have zero protocol with the CoronaVirus its actually pretty unbelievable. I spoke to what seemed like a receptionist and she informed me of their precautions which did not sound close to being adequate and offered me to speak to management but Ive spoken to her before and it was like talking to a third graderno thanks. The staff has usually been great and I do enjoy having my primary so close to work and they handle scheduling tests at the hospital for you which is very nice and convenient I had an MRI authorized and scheduled for me couldnt believe it but its just not worth it anymore. I hope this office turns around.

1st visit was given script for pills when there was zero testing done2 times now they do not call me backWated almost 3 weeks for call back after waiting for records I called in and they had the results the whole time and never calledThen I Get sent for MRI again after a week of waiting i had to call in just for the secretary to say everything is normalVery unprofessional. zero patient care.

Too much to say not enough space on here to say everything. This is beyond crazy. Where is the professionalism? Customer service isnt what it used to be.Called one morning to due to additional questions. Mind you my questions were very specific in detail. Due to the rep not knowing she placed me on hold and FORGOT ABOUT ME. I called back and was asked what my question was again and I repeated the question rephrased the question and provided a scenario. I was placed on hold again.I called back and I was transferred to two individuals who didnt care to assist. Furthermore there are mire details that involve my personal information that cannot be expressed on here. All in all the lack of phone etiquette professionalism and just simple customer service isnt what is use to be. Just unfortunate
