Very pleased with the service. They always answer the phone and are informative. Quick and efficent if you schedule early morning.

I have been coming here for various scans over a period of many years. As with any medical facility they are occasionally backedup and one must be patient. That said almost all of my experiences have been extremely positive. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful.During Covid I once had to leave a message for a callback to arrange an appointment. BUT on another occasion my physicians office gave me the wrong time and they admitted it and even though it was late in the day the staff managed to quickly fit me in. I cant remember the last time I had to wait for more than 510 minutes as I moved through the process.It always helps to bring a paper copy of your order since physicians are people too and they might forget to fax it in.If the parking at the door is full there is an overflow lot another 50 away and if you are like me the short walk is probably an added benefit

Poorly managed Rude Staff. Tear it down and start over.

Rude…Hung up on me twice Just wanted to verify my appointment time..

I honestly dont know why its so difficult to make an appointment. Ive called 5 times with no answer and I left a message with no return call... Does anyone work there?? They needs to fix their system. This is not the first time Ive had difficulty trying to make an appointment.

Inefficient or disorganized  not sure which but each time I come they run behind and these are early morning appts. You are told to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appt time and then sit until your appt time to do the paperwork.  Then sit again for an hour until they call you in for tests. And that wouldnt be so bad if the workers attitude wasnt so flippant about your time being wasted.

After waiting 6months for a routine bone density test I was told by the rude receptionist I had 10 minutes to get the paperwork or I would have to leave After 4 minutes she told me the doctors office is not picking up so I can leave She also instructed me on wearing my mask higher on my face Maybe if she wasnt power tripping I could have been seen today but unfortunately I have to start all over again Presently looking for another company sick of the condescending attitude

Worst customer service After being on hold for at least 30 minutes I was told they can’t schedule my appointment because they had no authorization. I told her I was contacted by them to schedule an appointment as my insurance does not need an authorization. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing she can do so I asked for a manager who I then spoke to and she told me there is nothing she can do. I need to find out who called my insurance the phone number used the person they spoke to and a reference number that is not my job

Was trying to schedule US appointment. Was on hold for 30 minutes then someone picked up the phone and disconnected right away.Was trying to talk to customer service supervisor but was back to same on hold phone number I have started with. Please help me with an appointment.Was trying to to make appointment in person as well but was told that the only option is to make on the phone.Thank you and hope for a quick response because I still need to make this appointment.

I cant believe some of these low ratings Polak Imaging is getting. I went this morning for a CT but Ive been here many more times over the years and have found the staff to be professional and competent. The only negative thing I experienced in all this time is when the parking lot was torn up due to construction next door. Even then they had golf carts to transport you back and forth from the other lot if you required assistance.Upon arrival Covid protocols were in place and social distancing was observed. Check in was swift and the seating area was divided to provide distance between patients.The CT staff today as well as the X Ray and ultrasound personnel Ive interacted with in the past have always been professional and pleasant. Personally I never have any qualms about being referred to Polak Imaging. Im sorry others havent had the same type of experiences.
