I just wasted $95 for doing the test …just unprofessional rude stuff…they did the wrong tes and wrong info …stupid lap

Waste of time ,money.Very rude stuff.They did the wrong test and refused to re do it ... the lady setting by the counter such a rude bi**h

Pros - beautiful facility, front desk staff were kind and responsive, didn't have to wait that long.Cons - lack of parking, the doctor, was, um, odd, to say the least. Acted like he did not want to be there. Very hard to communicate with. He walked in, muttered something unintelligible through his mask then stood and stared at me motionless. I thought he'd gone catatonic and said slowly and deliberately, as if talking to a child, "would you look at my shoulder, I think I have a bad bug bite." He said "what makes you think it's a bite? Did you see the insect?" i explained that I got the welt immediately after working in my garage, which has all kinds of spiders in it. He said "this is not a bite." Told me it's shingles. I told him I had a photo on my phone from the 2nd day. He grabbed it out of my hand and proceeded to resize the photo and touch the screen, this person who deals with Covid patients getting his hands all over my personal device. I was speechless. He thrusted it back at me and said he was prescribing some meds, didn't give me any advice on how to care for my wound at all, just said "good luck to you." I said "and to you, too." He snorted derisively. He also diagnosed me as "obese." OK, I'm not obese. Overweight, yes. I know my body and what obesity is. Secondly, I didn't go to this urgent care for anything but the wound on my shoulder. He struck me as being both a covert narcissist and misogynist. Not someone who should be working with the public, that's for sure! Will not be going to this facility again. It's a shame, because it's close to home and they accept my insurance.

Staffs are friendly but the doctor I saw was very unprofessional, no empathy, no dignity and respect. It seemed like he hated his job. I got what I needed but not happy with the service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!  They seem very overwhelmed, and short staffed.  I was placed on hold for 25 min just to call back and be treated very rudely.  Front desk is unprofessional!!  The doctor was satisfactory, but also seemed less than happy to be there.  I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Unreliable , unprofessional services for COVID RT PCR testing for emergency travel, it is a rip off 500 USD down the drain. I was told 12 hrs (same day) typical but understood they may have not even sent the sample to lab for testing. Going to Airport is best option were COVID testing is reliable for time mentioned and more tracked process on collection and results, which i learnt the hardway.

Called they put me on hold never came back to answer the phone. They never answered. Very bad service. It was better service when Carl's Jr. Was still there.

I came in Monday morning for a bloodwork the staff were friendly. Yari the front desk helped me out. I went into the room so they can vital me before the doctor comes see me and Fernanda was very sweet and helpful. Then Dr Ghurabi explained what blood work I was getting very quick and efficient. Then Pedro came to take out my blood he was very quick and I did not feel the  needle go in. Very satisfied with this clinic would recommend to anyone 5/5

My spouse called yesterday around 1600 and was told she didn't need an appointment for a PCR test, as long as you arrive by 11. She arrived at 1030 today, tried to use insurance (of all things), and was told she NEEDS an appointment. And, if she does take a Covid test today, there is NO guarantee she'll have the results by tomorrow (What happened to same day, if in by 11???) and it may take up to 48 hours!!! BUT (of course there's always a butt), if you pay by cash ($150), we can take you NOW w/o an appointment. Hmm...What a fall from grace - from 5 stars four months ago to a NEGATIVE 5 stars (if only I could) today!
