Thank you Dr. Thomas Jacob for helping my child and me go through a very difficult time while always treating us with dignity and reapect.

I can't express how amazing this pediatric office has been. Having a baby during the pandemic was a little scary but Dr Kamra and the staff here are incredible. When I think about the support she provided us during these times, I want to tear up. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, the staff are kind, empathetic and always helpful. The doctors are just awesome and truly the best in the field.

This review is for Dr. Jacob. I am not the type that writes reviews but exceptional care should be recognized. Dr. Jacob is the perfect pediatrician for us. Aside from his knowledge and good bedside manners. He is very civilized and non judgmental when it comes to controversial topics like vaccines for example. He genuinely listens and involves you (the parent) in coming up with a plan that is best for your child and that gives you peace of mind. Generally, other pediatricians will just give you a condescending look and attitude when you even attempt to discuss controversial topics like vaccines.

I brought my 7 month old to Dr. Jacobs in search of finding a new doctor for him in our recent move to Los Angeles. I am a single mother, I am in my mid 20s and I am tattooed. I was treated completely different from every other woman in the waiting room who was married with their husbands. I was told I was going to be denied my visit due to not having a physical card on me- but provided the ID # and DOB, I asked if it would be okay to bring it a next time since it had not come in the mail yet.. and the lady at the front desk refused, I agreed to take on financial responsibility because I prioritised my sons health over logistics about a "photocopy" of a card (which she never did the second visit when I brought it with me). Right after that conversation a woman walked in with her husband stating the same thing and they told her "no problem! Bring it next time!"Regarding Dr. Jacobs.. during our visits he would ask me if I knew what foods were not okay to feed a child. I had not indicated that I had even started solids with my son. He passive aggressively questioned my intelligence multiple times when he came to my son, even down to if I know how to properly put a diaper on him. I have received dirty looks, comments and have been belittled as a mother. I am so extremely uncomfortable with how they handle business that I cannot bring myself to walk into that office again and face more out downs and discouragement for NO reason. I 0/10 would recommend this office/ staff and establishment.

My last 2 visits with my daughter's pediatrician, Dr. Kamra, have been disappointing since they moved to their new location. This last visit, in particular, was the worse, my daughter had been diagnosed with the flu earlier that morning in the ER, and I was advised to see her regular pediatrician later in the day since I already had an appointment. Took her in, we checked in, we were placed in a room that could have been the size of a storage closet, we waited for about an hour, no one came into the room or even bothered to check upon us, it was not until I went to the front desk and told them that I had been waiting for close to an hour that the nurse scramble to get Dr. Kamra to see us. When she finally saw us, the visit took about 10 minutes and I was given the excuse that I was not checked in properly, not sure how that happened because they took my co-pay with no problems as soon as I checked in. Ever since they moved to their new location, the service has not been up to part to what it used to be. I will definitely be looking for a new pediatrician.

I've brought my son in several occasions and I had a great experience every time. Both Dr Jacob and Dr Kamra are excellent Drs.I feel they're both very knowledgeable and are very experienced pediatricians. They have never made me feel rushed during consultations. I highly recommend this practice.The front desk staff is also very efficient and provide great customer service.

Both of my kids have been patients of Dr. Kamra since birth. She is smart, friendly and you can tell she cares about her patients. She is always available to answer questions and will always squeeze you in if there's an emergency. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. I've heard nightmare stories about other places and I go to this location even though I have plenty of other choices closer to home.

I absolutely love Dr Jacob. I love the way he interacts with my son on our visits and I am completely confident with his advice and I appreciate how he explains what I have to look forward to in the next few months with my son. He responds promptly to email questions and the staff are caring and helpful.
