Dr. Derek is great to work with. Clear, concise and willing to listen to the patient's input and take it into consideration instead of being dismissive and arrogant. He is personable, relatable and most importantly compassionate. The staff is polite, professional and once again, easy to work with.

I had a great experience with the back office. However, the front office could not confirm my appointment that was made online through a appointment/booking app I tried to show her numerous times that I had a email confirmation she refused to look and told me I booked out of San Jose I said No I booked online with a confirmed appointment and Tracy address which I used in my map program directing me to this location as I said she refused to look at my texted confirmation on my phone which I felt was very rude and unprofessional she is liability then she.violated HIPPA in my face by showing my ID card as a sample of the type of insurance that they accept. The person registering me grabbed my medical card and said “like this” to a new customer while she was registering me. That was a violation of HIPPA and I will just leave that right there.

I gave a five star for instant urgent care office I want to give zero stars to their billing department. They are the dumbest people I've ever seen or come across. They keep sending the same bill over and over five times even after that was being paid for $229. Last month I called their billing department spoke to two people. Sebastian and Aishwarya confirmed after seeing the email which I pinpointed and said that the payment was received and they have removed the charges. Today I received a collection notice for the same amount $229. These people sit in the office doing nothing and don't even know how to check their payments or read emails. As it is life is hectic and dealing with these idiots makes it even more stressful than it is. Watch out guys you will be billed for the same amount even after you pay be careful with this bunch of clowns.

I am so happy with the care provided to my daughter. I was in need of urgent care due to my daughter spiking a high fever and not feeling well at all. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and assisted. It’s a HUGE plus that they accept Kaiser patients as well! I was so bummed out that no one in town would accept our insurance but Instant Urgent care Tracy now does! Thank you so much to the whole team for being so helpful and providing the best care possible for my little one. Will definitely be coming back should my family need any services.

I came in after I cut my hand and they got me cleaned and patched up quickly. The staff is super friendly and professional. The best part is they are so much faster than the emergency room.
