Sutter Tracy Community Hospital Emergency Department's Online Review Report Card

Middle Eastern doctors and assistants that don't give a damn about other minorities in the hospital.I asked one of them to get me another container of water and she said yes and turned around and left out of the room and didn't come back.I asked another one to close the room devider curtain and she just looked at me like she didn't understand me. I asked one to please bring me another gown she said yes and turned around and left and didn't come back. Can't seem to get one of them to get you some water seems like only the Hispanic nurses are kinda the cool ones. Seems that way at least.

Not the best experience. The check-in nurse literally asked the patient if he was from Yuba City, probably because he was wearing a turban, how racist and so unnecessary! The doctor that saw us and his nurse did not have a good attitude; rest of the staff that we encountered while receiving care were good and fairly decent. I didn’t expect the patient experience at a community hospital, especially in Tracy, to be very good, also knowing Sutter Health’s poor reputation, but it was pretty bad. The nurse that first walked in informed us that our medication was ordered and when the main nurse came in, she stated that the medication was never ordered, so we had to wait additional time for no reason and the care was delayed. The doctor had a sour attitude right when he first walked in and when we asked him questions…that’s what you’re there for. Seriously, I know it can be a stressful environment, but do not work in ER if you don’t have patience, passion, empathy and kindness, it’s not the place for you. Some of the staff that I encountered did not seem professional, I would avoid this ER if possible and take one’s insurance elsewhere.

Worst ER team ever... been in tracy 15yrs and it's only gotten worse. I don't know who the clinical ER staff think they are with the way they talk to the pts, who in their opinion dont look the all American part, need to be replaced. They keep the pts there for hours so they can bill the insurance extra and then bearly treat the pt and send them home. Upper administration needs to go there in disguised like a patient or send a relative to see how they treat people. Oh and make sure it's a minority they really don't give a damn then.

I had to visit this ER and was very impressed with the service. The triage nurse was fantastic (I did not catch her name, blonde hair and glasses). She was very comforting, nice, and warm and got me back to a bed quickly. Next, I cannot thank Joe (RN) enough. Incredible bedside manner and very comforting during my stay. Final shout out to the PA on duty, she was great, listening to my concerns and explaining what was going on. 5/5. Thank you all!

Been in the waiting room for 5 hours with a broken arm they did nothing to help don’t come here unless you like pain the staff are real tho i like them

Nice and professional staff but it’s just a real shame the amount of people they have to deal with that feel entitled to instant care due to not wanting to wait and not understanding the procedures they need to do in order to insure the best results

I had the pleasure of calling this place to follow up. They pass the call to er, lab, then back to er, back to lab and so on. Pick up the call hang up repeat Each transaction is 10 min wait. Figure out the experience. Hope to never ever go there. 20 minutes drive and head to valley care I Pleasanton to save troubles.

I had a great experience here at Tracy Sutter Hospital when i had a severe ulcerative colitis flare-up. They really upgraded their facility since my last visit. Maybe it's that i got older and appreciated the help more and am less scrutinizing. The nurses took good care of me and were very nice! I treat the nurses with as much respect as possible because they were so kind and helpful.

I was at the ER yesterday 1st February 2023 for pain at 7pm Wednesday evening, I was greeted by a very friendly guard by the entrance and I did t wait for so long before I was "booked" in. The nurse that took my first vitals was very friendly and she was just ending her shift. After about 15 minutes, I was taken to the room and greeted by very friendly nurse. She made sure I was very comfortable and she was just very bubbly and made me feel better her name was Ceylon Dizon! I was very fortunate to be taken care of by her. Then the Nurse Practitioner came in, again, another smiling friendly face! She was very accommodating and patient, her name was Livneet Takhar! I just want to say thank you to these two wonderful ladies for making me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I had x-ray, blood work and EKG done within an hour. My total stay was 2 and a half hours!! All the staff were great! I'm truly thankful to all that work in the ER for saving lives. Thank you

4hrs and not done yet, no meds to take no nothing, some patients been here for 6hrs already and not done yet, do they plan to keep us here for 24hrs? what a very bad and slow service.
