Very disappointed, presented myself with terrible pain from a rough fall. Turns out strong possibility of a fractured elbow, all I left with was a rx for lidocaine ointment which turns out to be otc item. In terrible pain and need something more to help with the pain. Primary won't help either.

Can't give zero stars for time and service. Two hour wait for four people. Worst urgent care I've been to. Finally ready to change providers after the triage nurse knew the patient who came later than me named Charles, he was seen before me after laughing it up with the nurse. Poor service!

We were driving through town when around 9 am our adult daughter started feeling her poison oak take hold so we stopped here for a shot. We were told an hour and a half wait..we spent three hours out in the waiting room and then she waited over an hour in the back after being told there were "two people ahead of you". If they would have told us 3-4 hours when we arrived, we'd have gone some place else. Never experienced anything like this before. Would absolutely not recommend this "urgent care" facility. PS the staff members we experienced were friendly. We had no issues with them at all. This is all about their poor staffing numbers (?) or is it that the staff checking people in had no idea they are giving out woefully incorrect length of time info??? Updated to respond to the response: I've read previous reviews (after our unbelievable experience) and I don't think it works for forward this to any person in your organization.

Extremely slow. They make you wait for hours, and this hasn't happened to me the first time. Every time I've come here, wait time is over one and half hours, and ITS A WALK IN

I have been to this urgent care at least three separate times and I'm pleased with my care. It is never very busy when I go, so I get into my appointment pretty quickly. The doctor is always very thorough, but straight to the point, so I get in and out fast with the appropriate treatment. This is one of the best urgent care centers I've used in recent years. I personally have no complaints about Sutter Urgent Care in Tracy.

I am 56 years old , I know the difference between blisters and some kind of infection. He tried to send me to a podiatrist. I told him it's not f Blisters. He got upset because I said the f word . Please listen to your patient! I had other concerns, yet again he pass the buck to refer to another doctor! Huh , do blood tests first thing! I was a stage 4 cancer survivor! You didn't bother to listen nor answer my questions. All you did was get BUTT hurt because I said it wasn't a fucken blister. I said the F word and you got upset. Please you are a quack ! I will call my insurance company and ask them not to pay you ! Please I seen a professional and can and will dispute.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. The staff is consistently terrible, always falling short of expectations. And on top of that, they have the audacity to make you wait for an excruciating minimum of two hours. Unbelievable!
