Dr. Jupina is good but good luck getting a return call from their group who oversees workmans comp cases. I've got at least 3-4 calls where I left a message. Their outgoing message says they'll call you back within 24 hours. Well, good luck with that. I'm waiting to set up an appointment with their pain management Dr Liu and they're supposed to be getting approval from my workmans comp. A return call would have been nice to let me know where in the process I stand. I'm looking elsewhere for a doctor now. If they don't want my business I'll find another group who dones.

My experience with TVO has always been positive. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. The x ray technician is especially friendly, yet always very professional. I recommend Dr. Stine to everyone.

Dr. Jupina is a knowledgeable and caring Doctor. He cares for the well being of the patient and they are his first priority. I will need further surgery in the future and when I do, Dr. Jupina will be my Doctor of choice. Thank you Dr. Jupina!

Walked in to ask questions about scheduling an appointment for New Patient and front desk was awful. Ladies seem annoyed with any questions that were asked. Not friendly at all.
