Dr. Gladman had wonderful bedside manner when I came into the ER with a severe laceration. He was fully present for me, sensitive to my concerns, listening and attentive, and sure of hand when he got to the stitching. He was very clear on the instructions for follow up care as well. I felt well taken care of, and my wound is healing well.

Completely missed, discounted, and misdiagnosed symptoms of rare chronic appendicitis; treated me like I was simply trying to get drugs, was rude and dismissive. Ended up getting an appendectomy 2 weeks later. He was truly awful.
