Dr. Stoll is amazing. He’s the first Dr. that didn’t make me feel like a number, listened to my needs, and remembered everything about me. I appreciate his kindness and gentle demeanor. Thank you, Dr. Stoll.
I am so happy to have a good Doctor. Doctor Stoll read some of my records before seeing me. I was impressed. He has a good personality and is very professional. It was my first appointment we were going over everything. I kind of kept looking at the door thinking he only has 15 minutes maybe 30 minutes. But, he was in no hurry. He went over all my surgeries and issues. I am very happy to have a compassionate and professional doctor. Thank you! Debra Conn
Dr. Stoll absolutely wasted my time. He made himself out to be someone he's not, saying he doesn't mind a challenge and won't make you fit into a box and then proceeded to do the exact opposite of what he said. Do not go to him if you have anything complex, want to participate in your own care, or don't want to be put on buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone) for pain (not FDA approved to actually treat pain). Because he's "been burned" by an active heroin user, he assumes everyone is a drug addict and no one needs legitimate opiate based pain relief. He wasted at least 3 hours of my time on top of extensive driving time. All I wanted was a referral to a rheumatologist. It's now June 9th and I still haven't seen one. I started in January. He's making me go all the way to Sacramento, a trip I have to use Angel Flight for because I can't travel by car that far. It's been cancelled once so now I hope pilots sign up for July 3rd. I won't be going back to Dr. Stoll and wish I never had. He has absolutely no compassion for your individual situation and he's clearly obsessed with getting people on Suboxone. Probably gets a kickback. FYI, if you aren't a heroin user, there's NO reason to be put on Naloxone. That's what it's there for. It's of no benefit to you, the regular law abiding pain patient. But apparently asking for plain buprenorphine is a red flag for them. Everyone is literally a drug addict until proven otherwise, and even then, you're still a drug addict!!! If you have the sniffles and want an antibiotic or have a stubbed toe, he's your guy. Complex patients need not apply.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
