I have no problem with Dr. Hong but getting a prescribed medication is almost impossible. I don’t know who in charge of that but I am done with that place. Sorry Dr. Hong.

Tried this quack for over a year with no positive results. He get a kick back from a pharmacy in San Diego. The only quack I've ever seen that won't use my insurance for scripts. I needed a vasectomy and Dr. Hong was highly recommended to me. I felt comfortable with Dr. Hong. The surgery went fantastic, better than I expected. It started on time, no waiting. He made sure I was comfortable before getting started and listened and graciously responded to my request for more numbing medication. The recovery was great as well (I iced and rested for two days). On the follow up visit I did wait longer than expected, but I feel this is normal for all doctor offices.

I’ve had to see this doctor three times and each time I’ve waited for over an hour. The last time I waited for an hour an a half. His waiting room is so full of people that you have to wait outside or in your car. Why he overbooks with no regard for his patients time is beyond disrespectful. I will never be going back to this office or physician. Unless you have all day to wait for a doctor I would definitely not go to this one.

Not happy with my experience here. Waiting for almost an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. Place seems totally un organized. They also do not accept credit card as payment this is 2020 that is in acceptable.

I h ad some bladder leajage and after surgery I stll have it..the office manager is Rude and treats her employees like dirt..also is his wife ..dissapointed in him and staff.

Staff is rude , unprofessional, unorganized and don't write down appointments correctly on their schedule book . They try to blame thier mistakes on the client rather then take ownership . The front staff clearly needs to be properly train in customer service and in all aspect of their job and not toy around with their clients health .
