Poor poor assistance on the doctors assistants. They give you the run around and have you calling different clinics back and forth and sending incomplete files to other clinics and that makes you call everywhere basically doing their jobs. Horrible horrible experience and the doctor there needs a new staff and they never call back then you leave messages either. Don’t recommend such a waste of time and energy here. People need help real help and it won’t come to them because of such a bad staff

My husband had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Canale and his scheduling staff for a routine colonoscopy. Dr. Canale’s office scheduled my husband in October for a procedure in mid-December. After 3 days of prepping for his procedure, he was informed that Dr. Canale’s office had CANCELED his appointment weeks before his procedure. He was never informed of the cancellation. The Surgey Center was kind enough to squeeze him in that day. Unfortunately, my husband had a loss of oxygen during the procedure and had to be rushed to a local emergency room. Before, during and after my husband’s procedure, Dr. Canale’s staff never reached out to him. Two other doctors explained his loss of oxygen and why he needed to be admitted to the hospital. Although Dr. Canale performed the procedure, he did not speak with us post procedure nor during my husband’s two day recovery in the hospital. By late January, Dr. Canale’s office had not contacted us regarding results. We were extremely disappointed i

Staff is extremely Rude! Very hard to communicate with! I really want nothing to do with this people or the so called Doctor I had been referred to him by my regular Doctor but I've seen many weird things including extremely bad and poorly communication and rudeness and that freaked me out a lot and I am NOT trusting this Doctor Canali my Life. If in little things he and he's staff show extremely No Care about their patients health or our wealthy what makes me think they will not let me die with their poorly professionally trained staff including Doctor Canali!! Big time this people are a joke and I will not risk my life or health with this unprofessional so called medical staff!!!! Hek No!!!! Just to explain a little bit more They scheduled me an Appointment with Canali which I missed the first time they never responded to my callas my appointment or never sent the medication two days before and never called me as of a reminder of my upcoming appointment they never sent the medication I've tried and tried and even had my regular Clinic staff tried to communicate with them with of curse NO success even my doctor couldn't get a hold of them. So after almost a year they scheduled me again with this same ridiculous doctor Canali for my Cronic constipation and for second time same ridiculous thing they never called me and they claim they sent me the medication needed before my procedure since March and that they told me about! Crazy carless staff that is a complete LIE I have never even been able to communicate with them except that one time when mu Doctor staff was finally able to het a hold of them after days and days of continually trying. And that's how  finally the miracle of them calling me back happened. Besides they must think I'm stupid or something they claim they sent the medication to Rite Aid pharmacy BIGGEST LIE EVER!! Rite Aid always calls when medication is ready to pick up but they never did! Which obviously they never sent Anything to the pharmacy!!! This doctor should have his license permanently removed he's Dangerous with people lifes!! I

Dr Juan Canale ordered a colonoscopy, but don't order any Prep materials from local pharmacy!

Dr. Juan Canale is a solid medical professional but should fire his stafffor failure to return voicemails.  I've been a patient since March 18, 2020.It appears a high school diploma and a JC medical certificate qualifies to work as a medical clerk in California's rural Central Valley.

Very nice doctor and he has good bedside manners. I would highly recommend him.thank you Dr. Canale

Awful doctor and staff. So unprofessional and does not care about their patience. They seem to only care about money and getting more and more out of our pockets. And when I wanted my results they needed to see me so i could spend more money instead of just saying the results over the phone. Just a ridiculous waste of time to go all the way to Turlock for a 5 min overview. Just a disgrace. Im over the medical professionals. They give me no hope.

I was nervous before my procedure. But after speaking with him i felt comfortable, and relax. I knew i was in good hands. And it all worked out well. Thank you.
