List of Dehkordi Roya Md's Reviews
Great staff great doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr Dehkordi for years. She has always been attentive to my needs and makes sure I am getting the care I need. She gave me information for a mammogram and sent a colonoscopy kit to my home. She worked with me on my hormone needs as well. Would recommend her!
She helped me with PCOS & fertility issues, it took about a year but with her help my cysts went away, and I was able to conceive!
The most uncomfortable experience. Terrible bed-side manner. I went in for a colposcopy as a referral from my primary. Dr. Dehkordi had a full conversation with someone with the door open and me procedure-ready on the table. It took over a month of me calling to even get results of the colposcopy, which showed I was in a moderate-severe range of precancerous cells... I was then scheduled for a LEEP procedure, which I wasn't informed about what that entailed and wasn't given the light of day to even ask questions. I had to seek peer-reviewed articles and resources to try to understand what I was diagnosed with and what procedure I was about to have and any precautions/post-treatment care/etc. I discussed with my concerns with my primary, who offered to refer me elsewhere for the LEEP... but it was the same week and I had already worked details out with work as I was going to take a few days off to heal and I wanted to just get it over with. I called Dr. Dehkordi's office a few days prior to my procedure to see about getting a doctors note signed off for my work, and was told to come in on a certain day/time. So I came in, and the front office apparently thought I had called to reschedule my procedure and that I was there for the procedure. The doctor then refused to sign the sick time off paperwork for my work because she said I'd be back to normal in a day and didn't need any time off... my primary ended up signing the papers and stated I needed more than a day and was irritated with the way I was being treated. My primary told me to get my record release before leaving so I could at least have a follow up elsewhere. The day of my procedure, the office was running almost an hour behind and I waited for what felt like forever in the waiting room before being brought back. The LEEP process and procedure was incredibly uncomfortable. After the procedure, Dr. Dehkordi said she'd be back to check on me in a few minutes... and she never came back. The person came in to clean up the room and was shocked to see me waiting in the room. Doctor still never came in and relayed the message through the assistant instead. I then asked for my record release before leaving and was told I didn't need it/they'll send the information to my primary, even though I told them I needed it for my future follow ups. Bottom line: don't go here. Terrible communication, terrible bed-side manner, and frustratingly terrible experience.

She is a excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen to what your concerns and makes you feel comfortable. A very caring and knowledgeable doctor that I highly recommend.
HORRIBLE experience with dr. Dehkordi! She didn't take but 5 minutes in the room and told me i had a miscarriage with NO explication or tests given (went to the ER and i didn't lose my baby, he was just small due to me only being 6 or 7 weeks pregnant) i waited so long to be taken back and had to leave a urine sample in a Dixie cup and when i opened the slot to put it in, there were about 4 other open Dixie cup urine samples from other patients from the day (gross) would highly recommend seeking care for you and your baby elsewhere. Writing this review to help new mommas like me AVOID having an experience that has ruined my pregnancy with anxiety of losing this blessing in my tummy. I am now approaching the end of my pregnancy and I am SO glad my instincts told me to get a second opinion before listening to her negligent diagnosis. this doctor should not have a license to care for moms and their growing babies. if I could give this 0 stars, I would but I hope this review helps another momma like me, seek care somewhere else. they charged me for all services that I didn't even receive results for so I was stuck with a $400 bill and a $150 bill that I had to pay for this doctors horrible care. I never ever take anything to yelp or beyond but i am this time in hopes it will help someone like me.
I wish I would have read the reviews before seeing her. Worst exam I’ve ever had, if you could even call it an exam. Wouldn’t like me in the eye. Didn’t ask basic questions. Judgemental. I think she’s in the wrong line of work.
Dr. Dehkordi is a very sweet and knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend her she makes you feel comfortable and actually cares about your health as a person!
Dr. Dehkordi was a good doctor for the most part but when I was time for my delivery she came in at the last moment even though we let the nurses know well in advance. After this she did well but when she put my nexplanon arm implant in she inserted it too deep. Now it's a year and 3 months later and I'm have to have it surgically removed since it was inserted in the dermis too deep to be easily taken out. Will not be returning in the future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
