Thank you emergency staffHad to take my mom in for a broken arm. She had to end up seeing a specialist because of unavoidable circumstances but because they adjusted the arm so well she will not need surgery.It took forever but the end result was a win. So thank you.

Never come here.My care was beyond unprofessional it was criminal. i was physically assualted by nurse and security guards.I wont go thru my entite experience again as the hospital has deleted my original review.Dont even stop. Go to modesto where i upon arriving here ask to be transferred and not only did they ignore my request they did 2 surgeries caused permanent nerve damage to my fractured leg ill never have any feeling on inside of my leg because of surgery performed they tell me my injury is too complicated and transfer me 8 days later.

I would not even rate this hospital 1 star very rude unprofessional no compassion the list can go on.I took my 84 year old mom who was told by her primary to go to the emergency right away due to her hemoglobin was very low and she needed a transfusion. We were waiting 3 hours in a hallway I explained to the nurse my mother was starting to be non coherent feeling weak and dizzy. Still no response no room not even a response from a doctor. I left and took my mom to memorial hospital we’re she is receiving a blood transfusion and excellent care. Emanuel hospital needs training on how to treat and care for patients by memorial hospital.

I have been coming to this hospital since 2012. I rarely come in. This past experience was one of the longest waiting times. I came in at 9 PM and ended up staying until 8 AM the next day. Between blood tests and seen a doctor it took a really long time. Which is expected right now with Covid and everything going on. Turns out I had to stay even more due to wat they found. I ended up staying until 6 PM. Nobody likes a hospital setting this was my first time ever stain. I must say that they took a really long time to come and check for me in the room. I almost felt like they forgot about me. However they treated me reallynicely. And they told me exactly what was wrong with me and what was going to be done. My nurse Mariano was amazing.And the ladies that drew my blood were amazing as well. The ladies that checked me in were compassionate. And when I asked for water they were nice enough to also bring me a cranberry juice. I am so grateful with this hospital. Even though they took a really long time they got things done and got me out of their healthy Thank you Emanuel Hospital.You have some angels working in there

TERRIBLE UNTIDY HOSPITAL WITH RUDE CARELESS IGNORANT DISRESPECTFUL STAFFDon’t go there .. plz go somewhere else ..if you wanna waste your time and want to feel what ignorance of the patient is feel like than definitely make a visit of this hospital .The hospital staff make you feel like you are a flea market .

Lo peor en atencion medica estoy de acuerdo con todos los que comentan por que uno va a emergencias y te sientan durante horas y al final ni te revisan bien solo te mandan a casa y te dan tylenol y si mandan los cobros carisimos a la aseguranza yo estoy esperando mis resultados de una prueba de covid y no es posible que no me den los resultados de hace 1 semana y hasta no he podido trabajar por culpa de que no me entregan los resultados y porsupuesto se que saldre negativo. Tienen pura gente sin experiencia no es posible que te tarden tanto una simple prueba de covid si se pudiera dar 00000 estrellas las daria nunca vayan a emmanuel medical center es lo peor ademas los doctores y enfermeros se la pasan platicando entre ellos riendo y en sus telefonos celulares y uno afuera esperando horas muriendose y ellos con toda la calma del mundo perdiendo el tiempo en vez de atender a los pacientes que van mal es lo peor.

Came in with my 84 disabled vet in an emergency. He is now in a room and I am in the parking lot because visiting hours starts at 9. The dr is supposed to see him at 8. What dumbbell doesn’t know the difference between a visitor and a spouse or a visitor and a mother? When medical decisions need to be made some patients need help. Those helpers are not visitors. NO STARS for memorial hospital but that was not an option

Zero Stars if I could I have never felt the need to write a review in my life but I feel it’s necessary from the experience I had there. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE HOSPITAL They charged my insurance just over $6000 for a Covid Test. This all happened in August of last year I had covid symptoms and went to the ER. I was NEVER admitted inside the actual hospital. I sat in a chair in the parking lot in the sun while I filled out paperwork. After 50 minutes I was brought into a mobile trailer was asked a few questions took my temperature did the covid test. This lasted maybe 10 minutes. They sent me back outside to sit in a chair for another 60 minutes before some doctor came out and “released” me. I didn’t even get my results till 10 days later which of course was negative. I went to Sutter the day after Emanual cause I felt Emanual was a complete JOKE. Did a covid test with Sutter charged me $300 and I got my results in less than 24 hours.DO NOT GO TO EMANUAL
