I had 6 sessions at the GB behind Wendy's in Turlock they said they would get me 6 more and I didn't have to do a thing. After waiting 2 weeks I called the insurance co. they told me that GB had not filled out the paperwork, No coding just a cover page and some notes. the insurance girl said they should have known better and they said they are not responsible and that I'll have to start the process over again. Anita at GB explained that they had a new person doing the coding and her boss or whatever would do it correctly. The therapist was great though and I was making good progress in the 3 weeks I was there.

Best physical therapy clinic in Turlock. I went from not being able to walk without help to being physically active without limitations because of their wonderful quality of care, attention to patient needs/desires, and follow through. They listen to your goals and create a recovery plan custom-tailored to the patient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s willing to put in the work to get better. Zaya ismail runs a tight ship and the results are the proof.

The therapist at Golden Bear Physical therapy are very professional and know their profession. They make one the patient feel welcome and care for. If one has difficulty in doing an exercise, they tell you another more easy way that can be done. Very happy with their service. Thank you Golden Bear Physical Therapy.

When I started physical therapy I was so depressed because I could barely bend my knee. I met with Zaya Ismail he assured me he would help me and that he did! He has been amazing to work with. Very encouraging and professional. He has built a relationship where I trust him and I am improving every visit. I wanted to highly recommend him and the staff there they are all amazing. Thank you!
