Jenny Wong's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wong is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable, professional and very caring about her patients. She is very proactive and I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor.

Most caring doctors I've found in the 13 years living in Orange County. And I was actually handed off to her by a retired doctor. So was literally a fluke I got her as my primary doctor. I feel she really listens and investigates and not dismissive but also offers suggestions. I hate its covid times right now because I just want to hug her and thank her for listening to my neurotic high anxiety neediness

It's very interesting to see that doctors have become so passionate in helping others that they are unwilling to see new patients. It's one thing to be booked for 3 months, which is why you can't see new patients, but they won't even let me schedule an appointment 3 months out. Silly doctors, tricks are for kids.

I have seen Jennifer Wong M.D. since before she had her own practice. Dr.Wong was the General Practitioner for a large group of pulmonary doctors and from the moment she attended to my chronic illness I knew she was very special.When Doctor Wong opened her own practice over 20 years ago I was one of her first patients. I have pulmonary and neurological and gastrointestinal specialists both in Orange County as well as up at the UCLA Medical Center and I can attest that Dr. Wong is the most dedicated and intelligent and personable doctor I have ever had. Dr. Wong cares, really truly cares for the patients more than any doctor I have ever visited. She has been my primary care doctor for I think 23 years now and will be my primary until the day I pass.Dr. Wong is beyond sincere and always devotes the time and work needed to isolate and treat whatever malady I seem to show up with.I am now 65, have had countless doctors over the decades and not one of them is special like Jennifer L. Wong M.D.I put my life in Dr. Wong's hands at age 41 and she alone is the reason I am alive today. She never gave up on me. Never, even when I wanted to give up.. She always cared. Dr. Jennifer Wong is the very best and I feel anyone who is her patient feels just like me.Thank you.

Won't take new patients. Don't be on yelp then. How frustrating is this. I have met her and whom ever I called was not friendly.

Dr. Wong is my family's primary care physician, and I have been going to her for the past 8 years. She is super thorough and very efficient. Explains what she is doing through each step of the process so you don't have any questions about your health and treatment. She accesses your medical records electronically, and can pull up your records immediately via her laptop that she carries everywhere. Her office is located in the Pavilion building, right next to St. Joseph Hospital. Parking is plenty in the structure; you need to remember to get a parking validation ticket from her office so that your parking is free. Whenever I need updated prescriptions, I am able to call her office and she gets new prescriptions sent to the pharmacy within a business day. Like I said, she's very efficient. She also has weiner dogs that she brings with her to work! They are adorableeeee, and you can see them following her up and down the hallways. They are really the cutest things!

I wish I could give her a higher rating! I love Dr. Wong! She cares about her patients and has a wonderful repore with each of them. She is knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She is very straight forward and a patient never has to wonder what the treatment plan is. There are definitely not enough doctors in Orange County like her. She is a one woman show. I'm so grateful to be in her care.
