Gave 1 because I can't give a negative amount. I called last Saturday and was assured the turlock office was open for xrays just call on Monday. Well, the place is closed and whoever answered the phone lied. What a load of lies.

Dr. Zeng is the best! I highly recommend this urgent care! The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful! I am still raving about my experience when I visited this urgent care for the first time a couple of weeks back. Many other doctors said I had sinus issues, or a cold, when in reality I just have bad allergies. It was definitely Dr. Zeng that came to my rescue! Thank you for all of your hard work!

I was the first one there early in the morning. I didn't wait long. Staff was pleasant. I wasn't feeling my best I even vomited in the room. The MA assisted me. The doctor did a thorough assessment. The MA and Dr. where both empathetic. The facility was really clean.

They were very quick and efficient! My husband is in the military and tricare is very particular on who we see so I contacted my insurance company and they provided me with the address to this place to be seen. I was very happy with the staff and the place was spotless! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Called to make an appointment and was given a Monday morning. I provided my insurance information over the phone to ensure they accepted. The attendant over the phone typed away my info on her computer and said "yes we accept your insurance" and proceeded with a date and time for appt. I arrived to my appointment and was turned away stating my insurance was not accepted... at that particular "premium" urgent care. (They do in Clovis over 50 miles away.). Figure out what you got going on over there before marketing "Premium" urgent care services! Complete waste of time for me due to poor planning there. Would not recommend based on my personal experience.
