List of Ruby E. Bergman Women's Diagnostics Center's Reviews
Ive attempted 3 times to schedule my mammogram and have the correct referral sent to them to their satisfaction. Had 3 different staff tell me 3 different protocols for setting an appt. Finally got an appt showed up with my referral and they refused to give me the requested mammo because they said I was on the wrong schedule. They never once apologized for cutting into my work day and causing me time and gas driving 30 miles to the facility. I never had this issue in previous years. Not happy with their level of service at all
Great experience.....clean caring courtesy 3 Big Cs are always very important to me. Big shout out to my RN Karen V. who made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease through the whole process. Quick and thorough would recommend doing annual mammo there for my friends amp family
Note This experience was had during the pandemic of COVID19 I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Ruby Bergman Womens Center of Emanuel Hospital in Turlock California. I have had routine diagnostic studies performed here twice in the two years since moving here in 2018 amp both times I have been treated with respect dignity and courtesy. Both times the experience has been pleasant and swift. Today I was here for an annual 3D mammogram. Not my favorite health amp wellness activity yet a necessary one to stay healthy. The 3D mammogram is supposed to be superior in diagnostics and my insurance covers it so I prefer this variety over 2D. They also perform ultrasounds here. For socialdistancing and COVID19 pandemic prevention they have an organized and welcoming tented area just outside the front doors established and staffed with the most pleasant person who had me swap out my cloth mask for one of their light yellow paper masks because there is no way to know how clean and laundered a persons mask affecting its effectiveness is which made logical sense to me. I was asked a few screening questions and provided with hand sanitizer when given the okay to proceed into the building. She also had an organized list with names on it to reconcile with the incoming patients. I liked it and it made me feel welcome and protected. Once inside the door I proceeded to the 2nd floor where the procedure is done. Once again I was met pleasantly and warmly and with COVID19 socialdistancing and company policies in place for preventing the spread of the virus. Everyone was wearing masks today which was so very much appreciated unlike grocery stores and such some of which are not enforcing the personalprotective gear. I made the appointment a week earlier so I did not have to wait much also appreciated. My gynecologists office faxed in the order to them so I did not have to hand carry anything also appreciated. My outpatient diagnostic ran on time and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. That is fantasticI love how womenfriendly this business is. You can just feel the comfort integrity and appreciation for women here. It is a really unique and satisfying experience and I hope they stay this way.
Considering what we women go here for which might not be something we look forward too my experience was not bad at all.I have been here twice within 2 weeks and both times everyone who worked here that I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The women who performed the different tests were very gentle explained things so I understood and answered my questions. My first regular appointment I was there about 30 minutes. My second appointment I was there about an hour. The only thing I didnt like was at my second appointment I wanted my husband to come in and wait in the waiting room for me because I was getting test results telling me if I had cancer or not. Thank God the tests were negative I dont know what I would have done if they told me I tested positive for cancer and then I had to walk by all the people through the waiting room hall elevator lobby entry and parking lot all by myself especially being one who suffers with anxiety.
I had to have a sonogram in Friday and they appear to be trying to find their footing since Covid 19. They had my name listed wrong on the admissions sheet. The took my debit card to pay for the procedure and I had to wait a while after my procedure to get it back and then found out they had charged my checking account twicestill trying to resolve I will stay staff is all very nice
I have had 2 mammograms performed here and each time I have had a positive experience. The staff is super friendly and very hospitable. The wait times are minimal and you are in and out of there. I would recommend this place.
I should have gone to this place years ago. My primary physician sent me to a doc who wanted me to give myself a shot in the stomach once a day amp I didnt go there. I found a place but they wanted a referral from my doc. Apparently his secretary was distracted amp never sent it. This time they sent itI was beyond pleased with every aspect of their service. Every secretary amp worker I met was extremely professional amp kind. The area where they give injections was extremely clean amp the girls working there were attentive amp calm. They offered coffee cold water amp an assortment of cookies. I have never meet a nicer amp more caring group of nurses amp employees.
Service was excellent Thank you from the front desk Elizabeth my nurse navigator Denise amp Maribel assistant of Dr Shawna Escobar. Of course Dr Escobar who explained procedure as they go on doing the biopsy. Your help amp concern very much appreciated
I dont understand the bad reviews at all I have never had a bad experience at Ruby E. Bergmans. Always very clean and peaceful. All the staff here have treated me very good. No paper garments here....nice warm cloth garments....that makes all the difference to me. All the staff has always been very helpful and kind. If you want a bad experience...go to the one on McHenry the black building....that was dirty and so packed they didnt have enough chairs in the waiting room.
Its a beautiful facility with coffee tea and lemon water while you wait. Its not the funnest place to be. A lot of sad cases of cancer. Many chemo patients. Actually my companion is quite nervous about her results. The wait is long which is more agonizing for those waiting for results. They do really believe in their cause. The local fire department supports them and they have a have a huge gong on your way out when your cancer free.Oh and they have a beautiful pink ribbon laser that shoots on the building at night and lights up the whole building in support breast cancer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
