Check in was quick. I had a very short wait before being called back. The nurse was very pleasant and thorough and professional. I was very comfortable with her. The doctor was spot on…explained everything and made a plan. All in all it was an easy and comfortable prompt care visit and my problems were addressed and all the care was appropriate.

Have a UTI.. Sutter Urgent Care is always where I go even though I travel from Atwater. There facility is clean, efficient and I highly recommend them.

Called to ask about walk in for a 2 hour glucose lab, advised to come early when the lab opens at 645. I arrived at 735 and was told I won’t be able to check in until 8 … Sutter labs need to get it together. I drive 30 minutes for the nearest lab and 45 minutes for the only lab in my area that allows scheduling and isn’t always booked out a week and a half. Information I receive never seems accurate and I never get the same information twice. I love Sutter but HATE the lab services. Kaiser was WAY better. I am beyond frustrated with the lab services and hope to return to kaiser at the soonest possibly.

Arrived with swollen elbow. Checked in. Short wait (I was only one in waiting room). Quick diagnosis (bursitis). Quick X-ray and results. Given after visit instructions and sent on my way. Very good!

Nothing worse than waiting for 3 hours be told it isn't an ear infection because ear infections don't cause a pain. (need to me, I wonder what caused the pain all those times I had ear infections.) The best part was when my jaw, which is so tight I can barely open it, cracked as I opened my mouth. The doctor said this was perfectly normal as it cracked on both sides. My mouth doesn't crack when I open it normally so how can this be normal? This place is a joke. If you are looking for competent care look elsewhere, you won't find it at Gutter Urgent Care
