Dr. Ing is a wonderful physician. She is very professional and personable. She takes the time to listen to me and then answer my questions, or concerns, in a manner that I able to understand. I am so grateful that I am fortunate to have her for my health care!

Dr. Ing is a thoughtful provider. She listens and gives good feedback. I would have given more " yes definitely " on this survey, but I had to wait a long time for my 1 pm appointment, of which I arrived early as per the instructions. I thought if I had a 1 pm appointment, I would be taken back on time. I like the uci health patient app and the ability to message my provider, to see my lab results and to track the history of my visits and procedures.

Love Dr Ing and staff at Tustin location. I do not care for the Laguna UCI Health location as I had the worst possible service there. I will never come back there.
