Staff is very unorganized. Not polite. Appointment scheduled at 3:30, I called before I arrived to confirm my appointment. Arrived, filled out the paperwork and waited 15 mins then the lady told me that the doc is running behind. Asked how ling, she said it could be 45 mins or more. I left. I noticed other patients also frustrated because of how the staff talk to them. I would not come back. I wouldn’t recommend

Dr Oh is a caring doctor who takes the time to explain treatments and why he believes its the best option. I have only had good experiences with him thus far and will continue to have him as my primary ENT. Great doctor!

I took my elderly mom there for nose and ear issue. Dr. Oh is terrific! Less than 5 min he showed us what the problems were and fixed them then and there. Thank You Dr. Oh. Also, his staff is courteous and respectful.

I have been going to Dr Oh for a few years and he is wonderful! His staff is always friendly and nice. I have really bad sinuses and he always makes many alternative suggestions and is quite thorough. I really like him!

Dr. Oh was compassionate and patient, twice have I been able to get medications I needed on the phone through his staff without having to go in for a visit. He listened to my long medical history, and didn't challenge any of it even though I had no medical records. He presented me options and did not make me feel bad about my choices. Even though I was being seen for an issue that perhaps was not his specialty or makes the most $ for his clinic, I can tell he truly cared about my condition. Through the good work of his staff I've paid $0 in copays and $15 bucks for medication that would've otherwise costed me hundreds. Don't be put off by the other negative reviews! Dr. Charles Oh is a great doctor.

I did see him for my throat infection & complete nose blocking. I am not satisfied He did not find anything& not interactive. I recommend NO

My mother went in to get a food allergy panel from this crook. He charged her over $300 for the allergy tests and told her to come back for her results. She went in for her results 2 weeks later and at that visit, they did not make her aware of any charge for that day. One month later, this office has the audacity to send her a bill for over $100 for her second visit. A visit in which he merely told her the results from the tests that were done on the first visit. Save your money and go somewhere more respectable.

I had a great experience with Dr. OH. In one visit he identified my dizziness issues and after 2 treatments I was 80% back to normal. His Fyzical department was a God sent for me.

Dr. Oh is a wonderful physician! He is sincere and a good listener. His office even has a physical therapy section for vertigo and balance issues. I'm thankful he is close by in Tustin.

Receptionist is horrible.. 2 of them are not working just talking each other .they make me wait 20 minutes with out say a word. What kind of receptionist are they? I have no idea why they get paid.
